It's a nice desk and shelf combo. It takes a while to put together so be patient and allow yourself some time. The top of the desk is manufactured wood yet it looks nice.

This desk looks great in my son’s room, but it was a huge pain to put together. My husband ended up drilling holes to make it work. Now that it’s put together, it seems to be a solid, fine piece of furniture.

Nice, informal desk for moderate use

Nice little desk for an informally-decorated room. Not quite as sturdy as I would have liked, but enough for light to moderate use. In order for stuff to stay securely on the shelves, I would recommend pushing this desk into a corner and bracing against 2 walls. Blends in well with neutral decor. Great for a teen's room.

This desk has loads of space! My teenage son was able to assemble after a quick glance at the instructions. I would buy this desk again, it is very sturdy.

This is an excellent, space saving piece. I purchased it for a small laundry closet and turned it into some laundry/pantry tiny room: it’s very tight but at the same time very convenient, glad I’ve discovered it!!!

I purchased this desk to use in my art room. It is very sturdy and easy to put together, but I recommend having a second person to help hold and balance the parts while you tighten the screws. I am happy with finished product and would definitely recommend to a friend!

Great desk! I ordered this for my daughter's place and she loves it! Easy to put together as you only need an alan wrench and about an hour of your time.

Easy to assemble

This writing desk and bookcase fits perfectly in my studio apartment. Putting it together was pretty straightforward. The hardest part was getting it through the door.
