Very comfortable, nice and firm. The mechanism are easy to use and reach. The color is perfect and material is easy to clean. The electric recliner makes it very easy to just lounge

Terrible product

I can't even give this one star but I had to in order to write review. Purchased 2 of these reclining sofas (plus warranties) from Coleman's in March of last year. Weren't delivered until end of June due to COVID. Material started fraying immediately. Coleman's did not respond to my requests for assistance and then the Warranty company says this is not covered. Ridiculous. No furniture should begin to fray as soon as purchased.

Exactly as expected! Very happy with the soft durable fabric. Comfortable and has a nice lumbar support whether you are upright or reclined! So glad I disregarded the previous review and decided to purchase the sofa and glider! Definitely should last years seems very well made!

VERY DISAPPOINTED

We have owned the love seat and sofa for 3 1/2 months, Thankfully we had purchased the Platinum Protection package. I swear the furniture they delivered to us is used. We have had them come out 3 times (waiting on the fourth) to repair unraveling, tears and string coming through. These have mostly been on the middle of the sofa where no one sits. They have also been on the love seat. I have been arguing with them that I want a replacement set but not the same one. I will take one equal to the price I paid. They told me I would have to get the exact same one. I do not want that one since I know that the same think will keep happening with that one. The material is very cheap. I would have been better off going with Bob's.
