I gave this 4 stars because I had to replace the one chair due to a wobbly first chair. The customer service was great to work with. Immediately sent out a new chair, no questions asked. The quality is good and they look beautiful. Seat cushions are nice and soft to sit on. Color is light gray and wood is dark brown. I had no difficulty with assembly and I am a 60+ woman. I am happy with my choice.

Not what expected

They were difficult to put together, still not level on the floor. The wood chipped as the screws were tightened. They are semi-comfortable, but for the price, I suppose that is what can be expected. The quality is sub-par, I will not be purchasing 2 more to make a set of 4. I will wait until they wear out (which won't be long) to purchase different bar stools. Disappointed.

These are beautiful chairs and go great in my kitchen. The only let down is the craftsmanship on the legs is horrible. Holes are not in the right spot and screws would not go in fully. One leg came a little scratched as well. Would have given it 5 stars since they are beautiful but some improvements should be made for easier assembly.

Barstools look just as pictured on website! Very nice, sturdy stools. Only trouble I had, I ordered a total of eight and one of them was drilled in the wrong place and the wood was chipped off. Waiting on replacement piece.

I bought two sets. Beautiful chairs, however one of the chairs didn’t quite fit together completely so it wobbles a bit.

Love the design of these barstools! I searched everywhere for stylish counterstools and these fit the bill without breaking the budget. I have champagne taste on a beer budget and was not willing to pay *** bucks per barstool that I was finding in stores and online.

Excellent quality! In love with the chrome feature on the backs. Colors of upholstery and wood is exactly as pictured on the website. Very comfortable and durable.
