Love the chairs, easy to assemble look great!

I really didn’t think I needed the Shawna Cross Back Side Chair until I saw them. My old chairs were perfectly fine but I had settled for them when I bought them. I was furnishing a new lake house and I guess I was getting tired. They were ok but nothing that excited me. Recently I discovered the Shawna chair and I knew immediately that this is what I really wanted. They did not disappoint. The style and quality are all that you promised. Delivery went as promised too.I also bought the Shawna bar stools. Everything looks great and I am one satisfied customer. Thanks!

Update I ordered 2 of these items (which is 4 chairs since they come in a set). I only received one set and I am still waiting on the 2nd set of chairs. I’m upset with Wayfair customer service as I called immediately when I noticed this. The customer service rep was great and issued a replacement and I showed delivery most likely before the holidays. I received a call today 3 days after the replacement chairs were supposedly ordered and was questioned again in regard to the missing items and now the chairs are just being ordered and sent with a delivery date after the holidays! . Not a happy camper considering I have spent thousands of dollars with Wayfair over the course of the last 3 weeks. Come on Wayfair do better here these should have been sent immediately! Decreased my 5 star to a 3 star as I could have received these from another vendor prior to the holidays.Beautiful chairs. Fit the costal vibe I was going for. re Less

The chairs are very comfortable,

The chairs are very comfortable, not too heavy and beautiful. One came with what looked like pen marks and I am still trying to get it resolved.

Bad quality, false advertising

Do not order these. The legs are not solid wood - plastic cast to look like wood. They are poorly made and the tops and bases do not line up when you put them together. A previous description said the seat covers were removable - they aren’t (fixed now, after I spent $2000 on chairs that were falsely advertised). They are very difficult to clean (much harder than our bright white performance fabric restoration hardware chairs). The company does not stand by their product. Buyer beware

We love our new chairs. They are very comfortable with great lumbar support and they fit nicely with the rest of our decor! They took about 6 Weeks to arrive which is par for the course in furniture, especially covid times. Customer service reached out and stayed in touch through the process.
