It assembled real quick and easy. One note is the two side pieces were mislabeled. However, instructions were simpler and straightforward to allow us to catch the error before it was too late. Great quality, and very sturdy for an “ikea” style of bench.

Came slightly damaged.

I was very disappointed in the gun cabinet. The ad said it was all wood but found out that it was not. The bottom was made from pressed cardboard and it was damaged. Call customer service and ordered another piece and it too was damaged. Very disappointing and very doubtful if k order again or recommend.

The pieces arrived scratched and scraped(large pieces) up. The screws were very small and did not "bite" into panels and had to be drilled.

Unit had damage to finish looked like damage from shipping already had unit assembled thought damage would be hidden no such luck at this point would not purchase any more furniture from Home Depot would reconsider if given a discount on purchase

It is nicer than I thought it would be. A nice looking piece. The assembly instructions were great and easy to follow. A couple of times could have used an extra hand but it still worked out. Only criticism is the allen wrench was a little to small. if it were just a little bigger would have made assembly easier

Gun case

Beautiful and can't tell it's a gun case. Matches the wood in our home perfectly. Love it!

The Cons:

Excellent quality. This is Vietnamese made with high quality wood and finish) Absolutely no issues with hardware or alignment issues etc in assembly. Watch out cheap Chinese CNC and crappy hardware! Instructions are logical and intuitive for quick no hassle assembly. Well designed storage for actually at least 7 long guns (with flat storage between the two tops, actual, and then the locked area plus the shelf for pistols, etc). Looks great with really no obvious idea it’s gun storage. The assembly design makes a counterbalanced and very strong final case and legs, it’s not going to work loose anywhere. Awesome product!

I would not recommend this product, all the screws were too small for the pre-made holes. That thing completely fell apart half way through. Very disappointing.

Very attractive and useful bench. It was easy to assemble. There is a lot of storage room under the seat and there is a safety feature to prevent the seat from slamming down on your hand!

Value, Looks, Quality

I am impressed with this bench and it is a great value. Instructions were easy enough to follow. I am a single senior citizen female and I was even able to put it together by myself. Very good looking. Hinges are stiff and tight and need to be to hold the lid weight. I put a little WD40 on the elbows so they wouldn't bind. Plenty of room for some extra ammo in front of the rifle barrels. The tray is nice with the bottom lined to protect hand guns. I am going to put locking castors on the feet so I can roll it to move it for rearrangement or emergency if time to roll out the front door!

Good buy forr the money spent.
