Swivel stool
Well made and fairly easy to assemble. Diagram in instructions is a bit misleading. When attaching swivel section, make sure metal plate is facing upward.

Chairs are very sturdy and made well! They look very nice with my kitchen island. Pretty easy to put together, I did it myself!
Stools look wonderful however they were not assembled / tightened fully. I noticed the day they were delivered.The stools also seem to require constant tightening. Had them 4 days. Not sure how long they will last.

Putting together took a little time. Directions could be clearer. However once together seems well made and very comfortable. Color was exactly what we wanted.

Do Not Soo at Raymour & Flanigan
Purchased 4 of these bar stool but they were not a good fit for my kitchen because the color appeared more orange than expected once in place. I called Raymour & Flanigan less than 24 hours after the stools arrived to arrange a return or exchange. I was informed that Raymour & Flanigan does not accept returns and that the sales slip states that. Not one person associated with Raymour & Flanigan informed me of this policy when I purchased them in the store nor when the stools were delivered. I escalated the issue to the store manager who stated nothing could be done, except I could return them to the store and pay a $209 restocking fee. No refund, but $200 on top of what I paid for them. I DO NOT recommend Raymour & Flanigan. Their business practices are deceptive.

Chairs look great, fortunately got them on sale. Delivery was perfect. One of the chairs makes a noise when sitting on it.
Unsafe! Don't Waste Your Money
Don't waste your money. Though these are beautiful we have had recurring problems with the screws in all 3 stools. The screws are too narrow which causes the stools to wobble. The company came out to tighten them up once and wanted to charge the 2nd time. We will be replacing 24 screws with a larger diameter screw. If that doesn't resolve the problem we will throw them out and purchase new barstools from Grandin Road, company with high quality furniture and great customer service.
