After 3 orders of bar stools, which went sent back from other websites, we got the perfect pair. Tommy Bahamas stools are not only beautiful but high end quality. If you can afford a few dollars more it’s worth it.

Great quality and they were shipped so carefully. So hard to find good quality stools and these are it!

FANTASTIC

Counter Stools look great, the wood was darker than advertised. The stools are much lighter than when we first purchased them in 2014 and they didn't come with the foot rail protection. We added a photo of the chair we bought in 2014 to the most recent.

Great Beautiful. Which I could say the same for Customer service. When ordering over the phone, I instructed the rep to update our phone number. He didn’t . I even called 2 times before delivery. They assured me it was changed. Well it was not and I wasted a whole day waiting for them The phone number was not changed so I never got a phone call . So I called again 4 times before the next delivery, guess what The next delivery date the same thing happened, the driver kept calling the wrong number. Luckily the delivery team came to our Condo door . So I called again for we are going to order more items. Guess what I was told it was something in the delivery team’s computer system and they couldn’t guarantee it. WOW!!! Now I have to waste my time writing the CEO In Boston. Anyway we love the chairs they are fantastic!!! We smile every time we look at them. During happy hour we laugh about this experience.

Hands down just as luxurious as I expected them to be. At a thousand dollar each, I bought 3 of them and well worth it to me. So far we have enjoyed them and the best part of it all is that they came already assembled, so no looking for instructions on how to put the chair together. Great bar stool for your home.

Both Houzz and the Shipper were excellent. Packaging was excellent. We ordered two bar stools - one was perfect, the other had a significant manufacturing defect. We received a replacement … it also had a different significant manufacturing defect. The problem is the manufacturer’s Qualty Control.

True to photo in color and construction. Well made. Very sturdy, chair swivels well, fabric matched same chair I had purchased 5 yrs or so before. When we moved this time I needed to order an additional chair for my very large kitchen island. Took several months to receive.

The chairs just arrived, and they have to be returned / replaced. My error. I did not get the correct seat height. I purchased 4 some years ago and decided I would use two more. Obviously, I like the 4 I have, or I wouldn't be getting two additional ones. They are heavy and hard to move but I don't mind it. They look good and swivel well.

Absolutely love these bar stools. Perfect fit. Extremely sturdy and comfortable.

These are quality. Comfy. They are very heavy tho', so you don't want to move them around a lot, and the swivel is rather stiff. I can get out easily w/o moving it by putting my hands on the countertop as I turn and swivel it. It works well as my body in the seat is weighing the chair down. Getting in however, swiveling it by the back, moves the chair itself as the swivel is too stiff. But they are great looking. Everyone comments how nice they are. However I worry about the floors beneath this heavy chair that has to move.
