The product is advertised as versatile for power supply with in-built rechargeable battery, D alkaline batteries and external power supply. I don't know how long the rechargeable battery will last (it is not replaceable) and I hope it lasts at least for a couple of years. The D battery compartments are poorly designed and I could not get the batteries in them. Therefore I have an ordinary fan that will be powered only by external power source for an exorbitant price of $60! I could find a similar fan for $10 on your website! The poorly designed D battery compartment makes this an ordinary fan with an extraordinary price tag!

Not great for pwr outages! 8 D batteries required!

Bought these for my family's Tsunami/Power outage kit. The internal charging was an important feature for us. Having 3 power options was awesome.

Not a great fan. Has many downsides. Just buy a Vornado fan.

Long lasting

We have two O2 Cool 20" fans we got about 15 years ago. They've gone with us, or with our grandson, to music festivals in four states, and have increased our comfort level for years!

We love the fans

The fans are great. We use them on our boat when we are away from the dock. Just a little breeze makes life so much nicer.

good fan until you try to install the batteries

the fan plugged in is just fine. But i bought it for the battery aspect so could use when camping. i spent lots of time trying to install batteries per instructions and the area they are to go into is too tight and all i got out of that was cuts and lots of swearing. i am going to return it as it is not at all easy to set up with batteries, actually is impossible.

Smart Power Fan

Fan arrived promptly, I plan on using it in my Camper, it will really help when we are without electricity! Rechargeable, D cell batteries,plugs into truck charger, or Electric covers all sources. 5 hours on a charge. Very light weight.

Excellent Indoor / Outdoor Portable Fan

This is a good portable fan incase of emergency and power outages... also great for campign and office.

Small but works great. I like having the battery back up option in case the electricity goes out in the hot weather.

Pretty Good Fan

We got one of these for the RV and my wife loves it. It's over 5 years old now and the rechargeable batteries don't hold much of a charge any more. Surprised how expensive they are now but might still buy another one. Gave it a 5 star rating because it kept my wife cool while dry camping.
