While I was not expecting much based on the price, the assembly instructions were as bad as any I have ever encountered. Also, the materials were not prepared properly and the desktop was damaged during assembly as one of the dowels went completely through the table top and damaged the part.

THIS IS A NIGHTMARE TO PUT TOGETHER. THE DIRECTIONS ARE AWFUL. MANY MISALIGNMENT ISSUES. I HOPE ITS WORTH IT IN THE END BUT RIGHT NOW I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Really beautiful desk that matches my white and gold office well. I’m giving it 4 stars for a couple of reasons- the drawers are flimsy and don’t like to stay on their tracks. The other reason is the edge that your arms rest on when typing or writing is very uncomfortable- almost sharp. The desk top itself is a good size for my laptop plus keyboard and notebook and pens.

Great desk for my daughter’s college apartment. She put it together by herself.
This desk is so cute, it sits kind of higher up so just be aware of this. My only issue with it is the screws they supplied me with. They are not a flat head screw so when you try to shut the drawers the wheel gets caught on the screw. Other than that it’s perfect! Perfect height, space for my monitors and laptop, and the drawers are roomy. Not a flimsy desk!
