Many broken tiles. The delivery service must have thrown them around. I had to use chipped corners in hidden places to complete the job

Do not ship to store or your home

I tried getting this product twice. The first time I had it shipped to my house. It was shipped in the original box with no extra padding. All the corners were broken and cracked on each tile. I really liked the color and the sturdiness of the tiles, so I tried ordering it online again and shipping it to the store. I had the same issue. Would love to try the tile but can't get it in one piece.

Beautiful pattern and color but all corners were broken in delivery. The packaginging was substandard. I was bombed because I had to choose another brand and color in order to get my project completed

This product was not as durable as others I have installed before, I would not buy it again. It easily scratches and didn’t make a great connection when assembling. Also I had to buy 4 extra boxes because so many were damaged to begin with, which was also a time waste.

3rd install and it's fantabulous

This is my 3rd install covering 3000sqfr. 1st install experience was not very good because I was expecting similar click lock system like the typical laminate floor. This time, I figured it and you literally have to follow the the installation laid out in the instruction sheet.

The install went smoothly and the floor looks great. This was my first vinyl tile project so the learning curve was to be expected. I’ll be doing a second bathroom after the new year and expect it to move along even more smoothly.

2nd review for another install. Very sleek and simple look if installed correctly. The click & lock should definitely be improved. MSI can reach out to me for further feedback. You will be frustrated and could end up damaging the tiles if you do not know what you are doing. If the click system can be improved for the tiles to firmly stay together, this will be one of the best products out there. I have another 4k sqft to install end of Dec and will sure leave another review from my experience.

Very nice and looks durable

Just installed this in my bathroom as a trial before buying a 3500sqft more to install in my entire house. It took a bit to figure out how to install correctly. Unbeatable price for a modern look. Will definitely recommend but you will need to practice in a small atea for proper installation. Other reviews mention seem opening up and easy to scratch. Did not experience any of those.

Separates and cracks

We have installed other floors before, so we knew what we were doing. This is a cheap product and the tiles separate from each other. It also had cracks and chips within the first month, so it's not durable. Maybe if we didn't follow the instructions to leave a 1/4" gap, it would have held together better. It was very disappointing as the color was beautiful! I would stay away from this brand.

Delivery of product was easy and on time as predicted. Color of flooring and installation was great.

Within a few weeks we needed more tiles and when...

Within a few weeks we needed more tiles and when we went to order more we were sent a completely different color 3x. The associate At home depot (Narda) tried to help us; however, we were not able to match the same tiles and are now stuck with two different tiles on our floor. We were told They cannot be held accountable for the tiles because they were third party. We would never order tiles from home depot again or this manufacturer.

DO NOT BUY THIS - JOINTS DONT WORK

DO NOT BUY! The joints dont stay together. I installed professionally and reinstalled with licensed professional and joints came apart. I contacted manufacturer (MSI) to make them honor their warranty for joint integrity, and they denied my claim. This product is garbage dont buy it.

DON'T BUY!

This product is beyond difficult to install. I am a professional who has over 50 floors under my belt. Even with a tapping block, this floor doesn't want to go together. Called the manufacturer to ask for help, no call back. Customer service reflects the product. There's plenty of good stuff out there - buy one of them.

Difficult install, good looks

Installing this floor was tedious and not for beginners. The corners and edges easily chip. A tapping block did not work. Make sure to use a broken piece of flooring to tap everything together as you go. The floor came out very well and I like the look and feel of this floor. However expect the installation to take several times longer than other similar flooring and to be frustrated. I expected the install to take less than 2 hours but it took 6 1/2 hours.
