I've tried to contact them for my trū grinder I've not heard anything. After 2 emails.A company is only as good as their customer service would not purchase. Another product from select brand.

I ordered this a month ago. It will grind and then stop, I have to take it apart and clean it out then it will work a short time. The last use, I cleaned it out, following the directions using the brush, wiping out and cleaning the blade area with a towel, and now the unit just blinks. It will not reset to use.

When I got this I figured it would just be great way to start using coffee beans, instead of preground coffee. I didnt think it would change the taste as much as it did! Fresh ground coffee from this TRU Large Capacity Burr Grinder beats out any brand of pre-ground coffee, no questions asked. it is user friendly (meaning my bone head self could work it no problem) and has made drinking coffee completely different from before.

First time using a grinder very interesting. It is noisy. I will say it gives you different options of coarseness for the coffee beans. You can make a huge amount at a time but you have to be careful on overflowing. I will say the coffee does taste a little bit different when freshly ground compared to others.

I've always been interested in grinding my own coffee and this grinder has been easy and fun to use. I love that you can select your desired coarseness and grind time. The stainless steel burrs grind the beans to perfection. You can remove the ground bin for easy transport. The large removable hopper holds up to 20 oz and also has a UV blocking tint to maintain freshness. Digital countdown shows how much grind time is left. Easy removable burrs for cleaning.

I've been using the TRU burr grinder for about 3 weeks now and it has served me well. I've used it a few times to create a fine grind (for V60) but mostly on a coarse setting for French Press. The machine grinds fairly evenly for its price point. The only hang up I have is that the timer resets to 10 seconds every time you use it. I need 12 seconds so I have to manually start it over or press the time a few times to get the exact amount, every time. Since I use it multiple times a day for two people, it does get tiring. The machine also tilts back when you press the buttons because it's so light. Because of this, you have to hold it with two hands to keep it in place while you make your selections with the buttons.

We love our new Burr Grinder. I love that I can grind at any time I want and store it away for future use. The grind is the perfect consistency each time too. It's a great quality product. It is not too bulky to keep on the countertop.

We have a group at work who are just beginning to become coffee connoisseurs. The Tru Burr Grinder is the perfect addition to our break room. We have used it to experiment with a number of different beans in the last few weeks and have determined it to be a real plus to brewing the perfect cup of coffee. We go through several pots of coffee a day, so the large capacity has truly been a time saver.

Recently we got a large Capacity Burr Grinder. It's perfect for grinding a 1lb. package of coffee at once. And I love that you can change the grind, depending on how you are going to brew the coffee.

This grinder is really nice in size. It can hold a lot of grounds and that nice because there is always some ready when we want to make coffee. It’s kind of loud so I didn’t like that part but other than that it’s a great product.

I've heard that fresh ground coffee tastes better but I never really believed it. Then I had some at a friend's house and realized it is. So I got this little grinder and bought so beans of my favorite coffee and tried it out. It really does make a difference. The coffee has a richer and fuller flavor. Ive been using the grinder for a couple weeks now and I haven't has any problems with it. It seems to be well made and sturdy. I'm happy with this grinder.

I’m a huge coffee lover. I have a coffee bar in my kitchen. I have a French press , expresso machine, regular drip coffee and a couple of different pods machines. This is the perfect addition to my coffee bar. I love being able to grind my own beans because I have all these different coffee makers. You can smell the aroma from the coffee beans. It’s easy to use and easy to keep clean and makes your coffee the freshest it can get. I 100% recommend it.

We had a little single serve grinder which was annoying because had to pour the beans in daily. Like that can put a small bag in here and grind for days and doesnt even take up that much more room. It's relatively quiet, easy to use and not messy. Happy with all the settings to get very fine.

I’ve been looking for the right coffee grinder and I’m glad I’ve found it with this TRU grinder. From opening up the packaging I knew this was going to be great quality. I appreciate the 30 grind settings so that you can get the perfect blend of coffee whether coarse or fine for those espressos. Personally I pull shots of espresso and the coffee I’ve ground with this machine has been superb and I will continue to use it day and day out. Overall really happy and would recommend this grinder if you’re in the market for one!

I like it holds a bit of coffee. It is nice that you choose how you want the coffee beans grinded whether it is coarse or fine. i like that instead of pressing down on it you can instead control how many seconds it grinds the coffee.
