We have now owned the table for six months and even though many of the reviews commented about the table not holding a level, it has held up pretty well for us. Granted I've had to adjust from time to time by slightly turning the leg adjusters a turn (15 sec job). We play at least three games a night and the felt has held up well and the ball return channels flow well. We honestly love the table, and the price point fit into our budget.
It came broken but overall great pool table

24 hrs After putting table together , I see cracks on top rail around table and the woods start separating from each other. it looks like table is falling apart.

I am giving it a five stars based on the pool table not on the customer service. I had to reach out to the CEO to get my package as there were several issues with delivery, package being lost, rescheduling delivery etc… at the end of the day I received the package before Christmas and if it was not for Janet from their head of customer service I will probably never get it.
