This is a great deal for such a large rug. I unrolled it and it almost immediately laid flat which is nice because sometimes it can take awhile for the edges of a new rug to unfurl. I was so pleased with the look of the pile and the feel. Sometimes I find non-wool rugs to have a shiny and unappealing look and feel. But this rug is soft and plush underfoot. It really has a more quality feel than I expected. It's plush but not super thick so easy to vacuum. We are using it in our finished basement and the kids love the animal print. There is some nice shading and detail to the print. Overall a great rug.

Gorgeous rug. Arrived well wrapped in plastic, and was easy to open and get the rug out. Once out, all I had to do was unroll it, and within about 24 hours it was completely flat. The overall appliance is just gorgeous. Pictures don't really do it justice. It looks just like a zebra. To touch, there's a little plush feel to it, but not so much that I'd want to sleep on it. The edges are finished securely, and there were no loose strings.

I chose this for review because I was building a new enclosed deck and thought this would be an attractive addition. I was pleased with the pattern on this. It really made the room seem tribal. It goes with my decor of African wildlife statues and tropical plants. I think I am on a Safari now, without having to travel. HAHA It seems like a pretty sturdy rug and should hold up to the traffic of my motorized wheelchair. I put a carpet tack in each corner so it would not roll up on the corners, but I don't think I will have a problem anyway. The rug is heavy enough to hold itself in place.

First and foremost, this rug, although at only half an inch thick, produces a superb cushioned bare foot walk over. Its Jute backing, a (plant fiber which is also known as hessian) gives a good solid feel to this well-made rug.
