Blue Alpine Fountain

At first the fountain looks beautiful and pristine, but after almost two years, the lights in the top of the fountain have gone out, the paint/coating is wearing off and if you don't continually wipe it down, the calcium build up will not go away. The manufacturer obviously didn't make these to necessarily last in the outdoors.

Very attractive, great price, easy set up. It is easy to handle because of the weight of fiberglass compared to a pottery fountain. Relaxing sound. Does require sealing with an acrylic spray which is not included to keep it weatherproof.

I have purchased 3 of these fountains in various colors. Water overflows the bottom opening sometimes causing water stains down the front which are difficult or impossible to clean. Also, one of the three has already quit working and I have to file a warranty complaint to get it replaced.

I've had the fountain for about 2 weeks now and so far, I am happy with it. It gives off just enough sound and the hummingbirds love it. I only gave it 4 stars since the instructions on how to attach the pump were not thorough which prompted me to reach out to the company directly. They were quick to reply with further instructions. One piece of advice - be sure that the fountain is level in order for the water to flow properly and not spill out over the sides.

I’m thrilled with this fountain. It’s a beautiful shade of green and looks so nice on my terrace. It was super easy to “assemble.”

Very attractive outdoor/indoor fountain

Love this fountain! Easy to assemble, The small LED light is a beautiful accent in the evening. It gives off very soft lighting that cascades around it. The size is large and definitely accents a room. We have it placed in our screened in patio.

Great fountain.

I like the fountain. Maybe it's just me, but I had a little trouble with hooking it up. I hooked up the pump easy enough with the tube inside, but I didn't notice the light connector dangling down from the top for awhile, and the instructions on that step were a little puzzling. I finally figured it out. Was also difficult for me to get my hand in the space provided to insert the pump. Most of all, I am having difficulty figuring out how to check the water level. And the need for distilled water is a little disappointing. Other than those things, which I have reached out to them to get clarification on. I am enjoying.

Vase splashes everywhere and often shuts off randomly

Although this is beautiful and lovely when it works, it is impossible to reconnect the hose to the gurgling mechanism, as there is no access for your hand/arm to get inside the fountain. By the time I realized this, it was too late to return. Very disappointing, expensive and will have to toss it.

Indoor use only, not durable, warranty 1 year

Purchased as a gift for our daughter who lives in mild Kettering, OH. First fountain arrived broken, Lowes replaced it after several months. She enjoyed the fountain in the summer of 2022, attractive and nice sound. Put it in the basement over the winter, back out again for the summer of 2023. I took it to store again this winter and she mentioned that she was adding much more water. We thought it was evaporation and water splashing out, but not the case. About a dozen hairline cracks on the sides and bottom. With only a 1 year warranty I was frustrated, knowing she took good care of it. I have epoxied all of the cracks, filled the recessed bottom and inside with a $30 quart of liquid silicone. I'm not optimistic that this fountain will last through 2024. I would buy a cement fountain, not resin next time. We have a mint condition 20 year old cement model.

I am pleased with my purchase. Although the deliver left it upside down (being clearly marked upside), it was easy to assemble and plug in. I am now enjoying the gurgling sound of water from my teal color, good size fountain right outside my door. As for pricing even after percentages off, I saw the exact fountain cheaper on ****, though. Oh well.

Paint bubbles up and chips off. Poor quality item.

Nice fountain for front patio. Makes a calm soothing trickling sound that even attracts birds and hummingbirds. Just be mindful to keep the water filled in the tank reservoir to keep the fountain from drying up and the motor from burning up.

I was rather disappointed with this fountain. It is very pretty, but the base is so small that it seems almost unsafe, especially if a large bird lands on it. The pump clogged up with just a few leaves, and while the display is really nice, it does not seem as good as my last fountain, which was much larger and much more stable.

Nice additon to our quiet area

Great looking fountain with quiet pump. Adds a nice addition to our sitting area outside. And, the LED lights at night add a nice atmosphere. Did have problems with pump going out and some flaking of paint. But support people were great and are replacing entire unit.
