It really nice..

All was great! Old English is my bad for choosing since a couple of “y”s in engraving. Otherwise I am thrilled and the engraving IS excellent.

Purchased for my outdoor kitchen. Beautiful design. Only wish it came with ice tongs.

I can't return it without a code that I can print out. I was told there would be one in an email but I have yet to receive one. Please send a return label or UPC code I can print asap. Buyer beware!

This item is exactly as indicated, and I love it. The engraving looks wonderful and just what I wanted. This is for a dog show and a memorial for a deceased member.

Keeping cool

I was pleasantly surprised that it was insulated and thus the ice would keep longer! I bought the tongs to go with it! I am taking it back to Canada for my new bar!! Great purchase!

Will be using this beautiful piece next week for the holidays season. I can’t confirm at the moment how the temperature holds or if the items will have watermarks after using. With that being said, this is why I only rated it a 3. Fingers crossed that I will be giving a better review after the holidays.

The engraving was too low on the bucket. It was an anniversary gift so that I only saw a picture of it. My children did like it and so that is all that's important at this time. I would never engrave anything that I can actually see where it will go.

Beautiful design

I bought this an engagement gift & I liked it so much I bought anther for myself. It’s beautifully elegant design. Comfortable to pick up & move. It’s actually bigger than it appears. I got so many compliments on it. Wish it had come with ice tongs, but I had them at home.

Looking forward to using my new ice bucket! Hosting a small group this weekend and realized my old one had gone with the flood . You can’t go wrong with Lenox and the lid fits nice and tight on the bucket. Nice handles and it looks classy.

Not Half Bad!

I mean, it’s an ice bucket, it holds ice as advertised. Bought on sale, good, if not great deal. I think it makes a nice gift, can be engraved, but it’s not blue tooth-enabled, doesn’t extend your WiFi signal, and won’t give you six pack abs or anything like that—it’s an ice bucket, and it works. Ice tongs or an ice scoop would be a nice addition. Nice product—I got what I expected to get, which is not always the consumer experience nowadays. I’m happy with the purchase, would buy again.

This double walled ice bucket is more impressive in person. I was so pleased when it arrived - the photo doesn't do it justice. It holds 96 ounces (3 quarts) which was exactly the size I wanted. Because it is double walled, it doesn't sweat or have condensation that drips down the bucket (which means I don't have to put something underneath it.). And the design looks much more expensive than the price I paid; very sophisticated in style.

The perfect bar accessory

Purchased this ice bucket on line. It came exactly as described and in perfect condition including the box. One of the main reasons I like buying on line is the item is most never handled by customers or employees. Not one fingerprint. I’m sure the person I purchased it for will love it. It’s even deep enough to use to chill a bottle. We often use our ice bucket to do that .

Not worth the Money

Received this as a gift off my bridal registry. It is sleek and very nice, it does its job of holding ice. But the fact that I used it once for Christmas eve and at the end of the night when I went to dump it out, RUST had already set in on the inside!! It was only used for a few hours! It doesn't come with tongs either. Not really a huge deal but you would like from lenox and the price point you would get something that you could get a few more uses out of. Would not recommend this.

Simply beautiful

I just purchase this ice bucket not intending on buying an ice bucket however, i realized that since i bought so many other things for my home to entertain it just so happen that i didnt have an ice bucket. While browsing the site this ice bucket came up i love the Lenox brand and products. This bucket is metal and its not too gunky or heavy as you would expect for being metal. Its also deep enough to hold a sizeable amount of ice. Its a great size and its simply beautiful. It looks great on any bar top or table the best thing the lid fits on tight to keep ice longer. This is a great buy especially if you love to entertain and host. It does not come with tongs but you can purchase that separately not a big deal or just use a spoon.

Even better in person

I was very pleased with this ice bucket. It is nice looking and great quality. The description I read didn't communicate that this ice bucket is insulated. I almost didn't buy it because I didn't think it was. But, as it turns out, this bucket is double-walled, providing insulation.
