I bought this a month ago,,and it des not hold the air,,I have to inflate every night and sometimes thru the night,,aggregating

Does not hold air longer than 2 hours

I am included a document stating that the mattress would stretch. I followed the instructions perfectly, it was inflated a full day before use. I needed to add air every hour as it became softer. It never made it through the night. After 2 hours of trying to sleep it was too flat to support us.

Pump stopped

Was happy with it until the third use and the pump stopped working. It seems like it should have lasted more than three uses.

Horrible

I bought 2 of these. The first one deflated after after a total of 4x usage at my cottage. The 2nd one deflated the day I bought and set up.

It looks fine, but I have not used it. I will my guest arrives next month.

It’s just been I purchased this product for 5month so and it start getting bomp….

I've had it for approximately a month and it sleeps comfortably I work a lot so I'm not at my apartment very much but now I find that I have a leak and the patches are handy but I can't seem to find where the leak is

I bought two queen size mattresses at the beginning of April 2024 and this week a hole appeared in one and the other swelled up. How should I proceed? I look forward to hearing from you!

Pump stopped inflating and deflating after one use

We got this when we were moving so we could pack up our mattress. We used it one night, and just got it out again for a guest to stay with us, and the pump does not inflate or deflate at all. We tried to exchange but we lost the receipt in the move so they were unable to do anything. It’s only been used once and was a total waste of money.

Overall fairly good

It seems to self destruct after 1 month.

Mattress didn't last a month. What a waste of $$$

I bought this mattress 12/13/2023. The mattress didn't last a month. The plug in pump started smoking and shooting out sparks. I was really scared. It almost started and electrical fire. I wouldn't recommend getting this bed. Even if it was free.

horrible product. didn’t keep air whatsoever

I bought this a little over a month ago and it didn’t keep air. used the patch in the box & it didn’t uphold whatsoever.

Doesn’t stay inflated

I bought 2 of these and both don’t stay inflated. I bought them so when my boys come home from college they can sleep on them and feel comfortable

Disappointed

The first night I used this I was on the floor within a few hours. I went to return it and my only option was to exchange it for the same brand. I was unhappy with this brand and wanted to buy a different one, not exchange it for the same one. I guess I'll see how this one goes

I bought this mattress because my family and I are currently living with my mom, and, air mattresses have always been good. I thought by buying a better quality of mattress and brand, this mattress would hold up. Not true. Every month, we've had to return the mattress to the merchandiser where we bought it. As it sits now, this is my 6th mattress I've bought. When reaching out to your company, I was told maybe the merchandiser caused the issue. How can that be when the box comes sealed and direct from the company?!? The airbed doesn't hold air longer than a month. It's becoming an inconvenience at this point. I would gladly buy an actual mattress, but, with limited funds and space, we are forced to keep replacing this mattress!!!

Lasted for a week and then got a hole

I bought this as a Temporary fix for not having a mattress our couch was not comfortable and we were waiting for our new matress to arrive. Followed the instructions to the letter. And hadn't had the bed a week before it started leaking. Went to get a patch to fix the hole (had to search for it) and it still leaked. Can't return it for my money or Instore credit and I'm not happy about this purchase at all.

We initially borrowed this blow up bed from a friend because several people were staying at our house. It felt like a real mattress and so easy to blow up and deflate afterwards. Always keep it handy when we have a full house.
