I bought a very good quality mattress but it was much too firm, I needed some cushion for pressure points. After much research a foam topper could be a solution, all I have read says nothing less than 3" should help. I bought the 3" so as not to make the bed hight too high. It definitely relieves the contact pressure of laying on such a firm mattress. I then added a padded mattress topper for more luxury. Very pleased with the result

Extremely comfortable would highly recommend.

Droops downward in the middle and is actually not cooling at all—gets pretty warm. Expected to not encounter those two problems specifically which is why I bought it. It is very soft though.

too stiff

Very stiff. Not comfortable at all! I got this bc im 5 months pregnant and needed something to help with my back. This does nothing.

This memory foam is amazing!! My wife put it in our camper on top of the mattress. She then put a mattress topper on it. It is cooler as well. She is a bigger person and she said she was shocked how comfortable it was she slept on it for 3 nights. I took a nap on it it is amazing.

I got this mattress topper because I got a new foam mattress and it was WAY too hard. I am used to sleeping on a very soft/mushy mattress. This topper gets the job done - especially for the price. It does not feel like "I'm sleeping on a cloud", like how I wanted however, it does provide some memory foam in the tempur-pedic way I could describe, I would say it's between medium mushy/hard. I would've preferred the gel to be a little more "mushy"/or cool. I don't notice the cooling. It is the full 4 inches.

I don’t feel the cooling but….

This topper is so comfortable I never want to leave my bed, I sleep like a baby on it and love to lay on it any chance I get. I personally like the egg crate style over the flat ones but that’s just me. Bottom line is I would definitely recommend it, best money I’ve spent in a long time!

Is it possible to be too comfortable?

Purchased this for a sofa bed that had an older, uncomfortable mattress. Added a 2” down alternative mattress cover and the combination is way more comfortable than any sofa bed I’ve ever slept on. We bought the 3” version of the foam topper and it was almost that full within a short period after opening it up. I have no qualms about offering a sofa bed to our guests as this combination is so luxurious.

I recently bought a day bed for my office. The eggcrate gel memory foam is a nice addition to the bed. I was really impressed with how something so thin could make such a difference. I really like the fact that the sheets still fit without being over stretched.

This is a good little addition to top off the mattress especially if you have an older mattress that isn't as comfortable. This adds a but of extra comfort and cushion to the bed. It comes tightly rolled in a vacuum sealed bag. You have to let it air out and fully form for a couple of days before putting on your bed. Being its an inch and a half it's not super thick so don't expect a ultra plush experience but it is a good budget friendly buy for the bed.

I got this memory foam topper mainly because my bed was a firm mattress. This fit perfectly on my twin sized mattress and definitely added some much needed cushion, support, and comfort to my sleep, helping to enhance a good night's rest. I would definitely recommend!

I felt this topper made a huge difference for me with my bed. I already have a memory foam mattress but it was just too firm for me, after adding this topper I slept great. I had no soreness like I usually do and was able to actually stay asleep.

Great addition to the bottom bunk bed mattress. Needed something to make it a little more comfortable for my little people. Adds a good amount of comfort and springing back into place well. Only downside is you can see the nubs through the sheets but that's to be expected with this kind of topper.
