Fabric pills and becomes scratchy. DO NOT BUY

This comforter was very soft and comfortable when I first purchased it in August 2024. However, it is now November 2024. I have had this comforter for four months and the majority of the surface has pilled. Not only is this ugly to look at it is also scratchy against your skin... When your bare skin rubs against it, it feels like you have super dry skin even though you do not. There must be a flaw in this fabric that allows it to snag easily, because it seems that is what has occurred here. I rarely write reviews however this is a huge disappointment, especially for how much I paid for this comforter. I'm going to try and return it or exchange it for a different fabric. I don't have scratchy things in my bed, no animals. It's just me in my pajamas.

Started pilling even before the first wash. Was extremely soft but not high quality
