Bedspread
Love this bedspread. The colors, quality of fabric and quilting, and the weight of it are exactly what I was looking for. And I don’t miss having a bed skirt.
A true taupe color
Wonderful and lightweight. Patterns are beautiful on both sides. Also includes king pillow shams.
Homethreads Beckett Bedspread Set
The color Cream has a definite yellow hue. The bedspread is sloppy and cheap looking. It looks completely different from the picture. Unsatisfactory.Returned my purchase.
Works for me but not kid or pet friendly.
I bought this in a standard King, color cream, although it is almost a very pale yellow. My king mattress is 27" to the top from the floor and the bedspread fits perfectly from side to side, but comes up short at the bottom as I wanted to tuck it over my pillows rather than putting my pillows on top. It is a very lightweight bedspread, which I love because I bought it for appearance and not warmth. It's just my husband and myself plus the occasional grandkid or two, so the delicate embroidery on the bedspread is not a problem for us, but it would be thrashed if you allowed pets to jump on it as their claws would undoubtedly tug and tear the intricate stitching away from the fabric. I also hate the bottom corners. Rather than cutting them into a semi-circle design, they left them square so at least 8" of fabric drags on the floor. I folded the bottom corners up into a triangle and safety-pinned them to stay in place but will probably cut and stich them myself one of these days when I get a chance. All in all, if you're looking for a lightweight bedspread that touches the floor and you don't have kids or pets, you will probably like this one fine.
