Mandalay Linen Sheet set abd Duvet Cover

So disappointed before I placed my order for the Mandalay sheet set (queen size), Duvet cover and matching pillows I called customer service regarding my full size bed:;the duvet cover, queen, wouldn't be a problem as I have a queen comforter. However, I was concerned about the fitted sheet (queen) being too big for a full bed. She reassured me that the sheet would indeed work on the full. I wasn't totally convinced, so before placing my order I called customer service a second time, later in the day, and spoke with the same representative.She said " I spoke with you earlier and again the queen fitted sheet will fit on a full bed". I asked if the size difference was commonly done and she said "yes" so I placed the order. Due to the holidays I was out of town and unable to set up the bed until now. Upon discovery, the queen fitted sheet is way too large for the full bed. I have not unpacked the top sheet, duvet cover or pillow coverings because I wanted to connect with you on the possibility of obtaining a full size percale fitted sheet. I'm disappointed that the CS agent gave me wrong information and not give me other alternatives.

I really love this Duvet Cover! So soft but substantial fabric. Hangs over the side of mattress enough to hide mattress.
