I only order bedding from Standard Textile as they are the best at customer service and luxury bedding products. For example. Last order one of the pillowcases came out of wash with what looked like a knife slice. I thought it was from my washer as it was new out of package. After emailing ST they were honest that they had had a machine that had shredded a few items and that QC must have missed one. They immediately replaced it! No questions, pictures etc asked! Love this company!

Torn Pillowcase after first washing...b4 even using...

I do not want to give a bad score b/c I only buy your sheets and bedding. I found a tear in one of the pillowcases AFTER I washed them. I say after b/c I did not inspect them so assumed that my washer somehow tore it? I still feel after one wash I should not have a tear so not sure if I have any recourse but I'm down a pillow case.
