Cover is trash and so is customer service

This cover is total trash. I purchased it back in July and washed it to use for the first time last week and the entire thing is now bumpy and lumpy and hard. It’s not usable because it feels like you’re laying on a rock. I contacted customer service and because it had been over 60 days they refused to do anything. So I’ve spent $145 on junk that I’m throwing away in the trash

Put this over top of the 2 inch gell foam pad on my super cheep mattress and it is more comfortable.

Do not buy!!

I liked this all cotton mattress pad UNTIL I washed it. All the filling in each square bunched up into a hard knot. You can not sleep on this and it is no longer functional. I followed all the washing

Just perfect. Washed it on delicate cycle and only tumbled it for 10 minutes and hung it to the dry the rest of the time. It did not bunch up as some said it did. It didn't appear to shrink either as it fits our deep mattress very well. It is very well constructed. So glad a company still makes an ALL cotton mattress pad as the poly ones make us sweat and cause so much static electricity. Love the cotton. Thanks Wayfair for carrying the cotton quality products.

Cotton filled matress pad.

The cotton filling inside almost deteriorated after washing. It did say best when dry clean but, I wash every week. That's expensive. Don't know a cleaners that doesn't leave a scent behind, which I don't like. It's a very inferior product.

Very nice quality and adds a soft natural layer over our natural latex mattress, making feel much less spongey.

Love this 100% Cotton Mattress Pad

I bought this mattress pad because it was 100% cotton. The other fabric tend to make me "hot" when I sleep. So far I am very happy wit this queen size 100% cotton mattress pad.

I moved 2000 miles and purchased this new mattress pad to have at my new house. Good thing it arrived because the moving company was 14 days late. I used this mattress pad on a blowup mattress and was quite comfortable. My belongings have finally arrived and this mattress pad on a real mattress is just want I hoped for. It fits perfectly on my 12" deep mattress. Definitely recommend it

Changing my review to one star. Washed the mattress pad and it balled up in every pocket. Now the pad is very lumpy and uncomfortable. It’s going in the garbage. Disgusting waste of money!
