Time to file a small claims lawsuit

Macy's Customer Service is the worst of any company I've dealt with in recent years. I purchase 2 mattress covers and discovered that they were the wrong size and returned them and purchase others that were the correct size. It's been a month and I still haven't received the refund. MACY'S acknowledged the return via email. I used PayPal but they will not issue a PayPal credit to my account - They stated that the refund will be an EGC - (electronic gift card) but I've received nothing.

My husband and I love this mattress pad. It is SUPER soft and thick and really made a difference on our King size mattress. We are in need of a new mattress but funds are tight right now. This pad will keep us from having to spend thousands more on getting a new mattress. Even though it is king size (very big) and very thick, it washed beautifully and dried quickly. It is extra deep and is plenty big enough for our deep pocket mattress. I used to wake up all night with hurting hips, but since using this, I have had NO pain. It’s a game changer. I would highly recommend this product.

The perfect topper

Got this on the recommendation of my aunt. She and her daughter and granddaughter all have one…and now, I do too! Cushey and soft it solved the issue of a very tufted mattress causing discomfort.

It is very plush and gives new feel to my mattress. My only negative comment is... I have the Full size and it barely covers the depth on the sides..so this is not a Full deep pocket version.But all in all, I hope the 'plush' feel last, so I can keep this pad.

Very pleased - easy to wash and dry

I really love this mattress pad. It’s very thick and fluffy on the top but the sides are thin enough to not add bulk where it’s not needed. It also fit my very deep mattress. It’s important to me that the mattress pad is easy to wash and dry. Some that are very thick, are very hard to wash and dry. This one did great. Dried evenly and quickly.

Had one of these pads before but needed to buy new only because it was possibly 12+ years old. The new one fits better than first. Love it.

Misleading Title

I purchased this mattress pad to make my foam bed softer but this is nothing more than a thin bug cover. The title listed it as 2 inches when the description says 1 inch. I measured and it is 1 inch so it's my fault for not throughly reading the description but the title needs to be changed. It has a very plastic cheap feel to it and hardly any filling. I'm returning ASAP! If you want something to make your mattress softer, buy something a bit more expensive.

Comfy but toasty

Really comfortable and just what I was looking for. I do think however, that what ever it’s made of, might be causing extra warmth which we don’t really need. That’s why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Great quality and value

Excellent quality mattress pad, especially for the price. Easy on and stays put. Has a nice cushy loft to it, which is perfect for our Sleep Number bed which does not have much of a pillow top. It sleeps cooler than previous mattress pad, important in Arizona!

Finally a good topper makes the bed just right.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, moment your body hits the bed. I love this cushy soft barrier . I have a very firm mattress and love it, but I needed something extra to have a bit of soft cushion, and this is perfect for that purpose. It doesn't make the bed less firm, just more cozy.

REAL CLOTH BACKING!

FINALLY: A mattress pad that is NOT backed with that nasty not-cloth-but-not-paper backing! Honestly, I have been trying to find mattress pads that don't use that stuff and this is my first real success. We got it in the Full size. It came thru its first wash just fine, tho it was almost too fluffy to fit. I wish the sides had a bit more structure to them but with a tight fitted sheet over top, it stays in place.

Perfect mattress pad

I don't usually leave reviews but I am so in love with this mattress pad/cover I wanted to spread the love! This is so incredibly comfy I look forward to going to bed at night. I also replaced my pillows with the same brand for my allergies & I'm definitely noticing that I'm no longer waking in the morning with a headache & stuffy nose! If you're looking for a plush soft mattress topper THIS IS IT!

This cover is absolutely so comfortable, so if you're looking for a thick cover for your bed for some added comfort this will definitely suffice. I have a messy kid and got it for protection of my new mattress. So far, it has protected my mattress wonderfully against drink spills and my daughter wetting the bed. I always double protect so I have an extra waterproof protector underneath this one so when my daughter does get something on the bed this cover is easy to pull off and wash quickly. Also, keep in mind since it's thick its kind of huge. You might only be able to fit this and a sheet into your washer at a time. So if you're washing all your bed sheets you will probably have to do 2 loads.

Too Soft

Very fluffy and soft. Thickness adds height, which was nice. How it was a little too soft for my preference. Wish it had been firmer. So, it was placed on the bed in the guest bedroom, instead of master.

My guest bed is not complete without a mattress pad. I chose this one because of the allergy protection feature although I do not have bed bug problem. I love the extra 1" cushion on top as it adds softness to my mattress.
