Underwhelmed

Mattress pad has warm and cool spots; wires do not seem to heat equally. After 20 minutes, on highest setting, mattress pad was just warm--not hot enough to soothe aching muscles. I don't want the hassle of returning it, so I'll just use it to take the chill off the sheets during the coldest months of the year. I had hoped for distinct temperature options like a previously owned mattress pad; this one fails to impress.

one controller stopped working the 2nd night

One of the controllers quit working the 2nd night. I did everything the troubleshooting instructions suggested, without any luck. I had a knee replacement 3 weeks ago and after calling the 1-800 number for troubleshooting, I was very disappointed I could not just exchange the nonworking controller for a new one. I had to strip the bed, remove the mattress pad put it and the controllers back in the box and physically return the entire thing to JCP. A painful task having had a knee replacement 3 weeks ago. I liked I could not feel the wires and it fit my deep mattress.

Great product - soft & heats well

The heated mattress pad is very soft, and the wires can't be felt. The 20 heating settings are great, so I am able to get just the right amount of heat for my body. This is not my first heated mattress pad! But I believe it is my favorite. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful in our new bed. They stay warm and cozy!

Haven’t used it yet, just arrived today. Heated mattress pad is way more comfortable than an electric blanket. Also, I don’t have to take it off every time I change the sheets. It has deep pocket fitting so it doesn’t slip off.

There are so many setting that it is easy to get the perfect temperature and length of time. I love the easy set up and quality of the cotton top.

So far so good. I waited until now to start using it. It does work now, war.ming up the bed nicely, but would love to evaluate it later to see if it continues to work
