I bought multiple of these to keep in stock at home. My parents love this. Perfect size and fit for our countertop. They replace it once it starts to look old and crusty but that’s every 5 years - maybe? Holds up rly well. Price did increase over the years.

Better Chef 16-Inch 2-Tier Chrome Plated Dishrack

No assembly instructions included or picture of what the item should look like after assembly is completed (A visual is always good)

Excellent it looks nice and cluttered your kitchen

Very nice looking. The separation between dishes and glassware.allow each piece dry quickly.the organization of the items that are to use the dish drainer. The pleasant view is a big plus for me.

My New Dish Rack

I love this dish rack set!! In my small place, it fits perfectly, not taking up much counter space. I did place a large drying mat underneath it though... In case of excessive water to prevent extra cleaning up!!

Hard pass, learned my lesson don't buy this kind

Lasted a mere 3 months before the rust started happening. The edges of metal also scrape you, so buyer beware. Save your $ and spend $8 more for a Joseph Joseph dish rack, trust me. That’s worth every penny. This one is a rust bucket

The Best Dish rack ever

I love the quality of this dish rack, it doesn't hold many dishes and it is really compact and reliable. I like the way the entire rack is actually set up. The price was fabulously cheaper than the dish rack I paid for previously and it doesn't take up the entire space on your cabinet.

the silverware tray and cup tray doesnt hold very much and there are gaps in the metal for the silverware and when you put the silverware in it falls right back out. the cup holder on the end falls off and doesnt hold anything heavy like a glass or cup. very small and very poor quality very very disappointed i would give it a minus in a rating if it would let me

not bad

I like it. wish it was bigger and there was more space between the two. and the silverware does fall through sometimes. Its ok for now but we will be looking for something else. I like that i dont see all those water stains you see on the plastic dish racks.

Not perfect, but decent and compact.

I've been using this item for about a year now. The connections in the bottom tray have rusted a bit over time, but pretty minimally. I love how compact it is, you can stack quite a lot of dishes without taking extra counter space of typical dish racks. Silverware does sometimes slip through the slots in the basket, and you need to balance silverware between the two halves otherwise with a few heavy utensils (think spatulas) all on the same side it can tip the basket over. I also noticed putting plates in the top rack, they are tall enough to block the cabinet I have over the rack from opening fully. I'm not sure if this issue translates to other kitchen setups, but it does limit how many plates I can have drying. Usually I use the back of the top rack for bowls, since plates don't fit.

SUPER NICE RACK!

GREAT QUALITY rack! Almost 3 moths since we bought and still looking like brand new even though we wash dishes every day several times. and we take good care of it avoiding to leave wet dishes for days, we put everything away in a daily basis so the metal doesn't rust. The metal still shines and I don't see any rusty part. The price was good, I would recommend to buy this rack! Nice quality!

Functional but....

I have to say it looks pretty but I didn't buy it for that. I live in a small place and it eats up little space so I'm happy.

Instructions please

This didn’t come with any instructions on how to put it together and trying to figure it out from the picture on the box wasn’t easy. I finally have it together but as I was doing dishes last night realized the top shelf is upside down so I have to fix it. I like the product and as I don’t have much counter space it is going to be helpful but it needs instructions.

Great rack. Cant beat the price

Great rack and can’t beat the price. I have to pull it out from under my cabinet to fit dinner plates but it works. I love the pull out tray to clean water drips. Holds way more than a traditional single level rack. I was concerned about metal rusting but honestly even if it does months down the road, replacement cost for another is minimal. Pic below is after breakfast. Family of six

This item was very flimsy for a metal dish rack. The assembly was very straight forward. Still, there were no assembly instructions. The dish rack stands on a slight lean which cannot be corrected without sliding something thin under one side. The rack looks like it will rust quickly.

Aesthetically pretty. Functionally not.

Bought about a month ago. Was really excited. Set it up with minimal difficulty. Was a bit 'off centered' , kinda twisted a bit but it didn't effect its use. The water catching tray at the bottom is a joke. Not a great dish rack to keep on the counter because if there's no water dripping off the teeny tiny water catch tray it's dripping off the glasses or cutlery. Works ok in the sink if you have a large enough one. We have to keep a few tea towels under it to keep water from dripping onto the floor as I dont like the rack inside the sink. Would not buy again but it's better than just using a sink to dry dishes haha.

5 Stars

Unique Rack. This item appears to be very advantageous especially for someone with limited counter space. The one thing that I see could become an issue is that the top tier needs to be just smidgey taller so you can put an large plate on the bottom. Unfortunately the one I received was bent thus I had to return but do to time restraints I had to do something else. I will purchase item this in the near future. Please don't hesitate to buy one.

really like this a lot

So far so good - no rust like other people has said. The only slight thing is the top tier - it's not *quite* wide enough to accommodate certain things (not plates, they're fine - more like, pitchers, or round items). It's the only thing that doesn't quite work the way I wish. Otherwise, I think it's great - looks great, easy to put together, fits in a narrower space than a traditional dish rack.

Better Chef 16-Inch Chrome Dish Rack

Easy to assemble. No tools needed. Looks great in any kitchen, dorm or five star hotel. Space saver because of the compact design. Plenty of space for dishes. It's already on my list of repeat purchases. A great gift for a house warming party.

This is a solid, sturdy dish rack -- but while it's length x width have a much smaller profile, the height does make it appear full-sized on my counter and I had wanted something a little more obscure. I decided to keep it because incurring cost of returning it didn't make sense, and it's actually growing on me. It certainly does free up counter space in my small kitchen, and probably holds as much if not more than my old full-size dish rack. One thing about quality -- the plastic water catcher for beneath the utensil cage had a small crack in it and wouldn't snap on, so I had to take one part of it off and snap it on upside down, and it's working okay now. There are NO instructions on how to put it together, but it's all pretty obvious except for that small plastic utensil tray.

It's easy to assemble and comes with 8 nuts. Keep in mind this is a LARGE two-story dish rack and you need a fair amount of space to accommodate it. It's sturdy enough and get's the job done. Nice chrome finish, practical plastic drainer that is easy to pull out and wash. The side utensil basket and glass rack are both easy to click on and a practical size. I have a large double sink with a lot of room behind the sink, so this works great for me. Decent price.
