So far, so good.

Very nice. Seat could use some additional, however this chair has more than some others costing more. A little struggle aligning holes for attaching back to seat but after a while I was able to get one bolt in then a second. After that there was no problem. Only had chair a few days so I do not know how it will last with daily use; we'll see. Shipping cost was absolutely great which is why I chose this product. As I stated, so far, so good.

Great Seat for the Big Folks.

This a great chair. It is easy to assembly. I am a big man and this is a comfortable chair. It feels solid and I expect it to last much longer than regular chairs.

Love this chair

I purchased this chair in June of 2016 and have used it faithfully for the past 7 years. Just recently the wheel broke so I just ordered me a replacement chair. The chair is comfortable and solid.

Durable and attractive office chair

This office chair is comfortable and durable. It lasted six years of use before being replaced by a similar chair made by the same company. It is also attractive and has a professional appearance.

Well it is BIG!

You would seriously need to be VERY BIG for this chair to fit you comfortably. I am 6 ft tall and about avg to thin build. It dwarfs me! As it is, due to the size my back doesn't touch the back of the seat in a proper seating pose at all. The width is enough for nearly two of me. The cushions are very firm. I guess that would be good if you were a bigger person than me, but it makes my butt go to sleep it is so hard. Not a great chair for average sized people!

Great chair...box was damaged but thankfully the chair was fine...very comfortable...im a big guy and it fits me well...highly recommend

When it says big and tall, it is not lying. The chair is huge, but in a good way. Very comfortable for someone who works in the chair all day.

A nice solid chair

This is a wonderful chair for big solid people. I'm 325 lbs. the chair moves easily and no squeaks.

I am big and tall, but I'm hoping the 500lb rating on this chair means overbuilt for my needs and lasts for decades. I also added a set of aftermarket heavy-duty polyurethane (rollerblade style) wheels to replace the basic plastic casters that comes with it. I'm not sure why this seat ships with the seat base mechanism fully attached- like other reviewers have mentioned, you need to loosen/remove it to properly align the seat back's L bracket to it's mounting holes. Not a problem for any person handy with a large phillips screwdriver, but assembling this with just the supplied hex wrench is going to be frustrating.

I purchased this because I had a good experience with this same chair that lasted many years. This new chair however comes with a taller piston now and it’s too tall for me to be totally comfortable Also the assembly was really tough. I ended up using a screwdriver to align the holes and that finally worked. After much struggle. I called the manufacturer about the height and was told that the lower height piston was not available. It is a very sturdy chair but if you are 5’5 with legs on the short side then it might not work for you.

Not my best idea

Believe it or not this chair is actually too big. The seat is too deep to be comfortable. And your assembly service is a huge joke. I called to schedule and appointment the day the chair was delivered. It took me two days to get through to talk to someone. Then I was told that the manager would have to get back to me to set that up. After a week, not hearing from him, I cancelled the order. My husband put the chair together himself.

The chair is nice and tall; I'm 6', and I can't lean back in it with my feet on the ground, which is no big deal; to lean back you'd have to have a foot prop. Its at the right height so I don't have to lift it up either and if the piston goes out in it its fine at the lowest setting. Have to have two people screw the back on though.

This was a gift for my college bound football player grandson. He’s 6’4 and weighs 280 lbs. I wanted a task chair that could support his weight, be sturdy, made out of quality materials and last him hopefully throughout college. It’s perfect for him and has a great warranty! I originally wanted the fabric seat, but it was sold out. He couldn’t wait so I had to settle on the faux leather seat! It’s still a great chair!

Well, the cylinder is completely dead after 3 and a half years. I am not sure what is reasonable to expect after 3 and a half years. The chair feels slightly off-balance and I often get a pain in the lower right side of my back. That said, this has been durable.
