Never received the roof after 5 attempts

I received most of the parts of the gazebo and started building, when i realize I didn't receive the roof. They attempted to send the roof 5 times and everytime there was an issue with the package. After multiple calls to home depot, UPS, the manufacturer and 2 months of back and forth i had to disassemble and return the gazebo. This is by far the worst experience I've had with any product from Home Depot. I've had multiple damaged items in the past when shipped but this one was traumatic!

Would not recommend

On August 1, I purchased this which was exactly what I was looking for. The items shipped and were received August 6. Only 2 of the 3 boxes were delivered. After 2 weeks, the 3rd box did not show up and a 45 minute conversation with customer service my only option was to send back What I have received and re-purchase my order again, charging me until they came and picked up the 2 boxes. My order arrived again with only 2 of the 3 boxes and a side of poor customer service.
