Absolutely did not and still have not. I still do not have all of my order. It was by luck that I got some of it when I did. Horrible communication and overall experience was and still is terrible.

Even though the installers had to work a extra day due to damaged materials, not having enough materials and not knowing that they were suppose to haul off the leftover trash, they did a good job!

The Ultima tiles are quite study and easy to work with. Still installing in several rooms, but very happy with the product. The quantity guide on the website worked well.

High quality ceiling tile

I needed these to match an existing ceiling. Many tiles have smll pores that look unfinished. This tile is flawless and perfectly textured. Looks bright and has pretty good sound deadening qualities.
