Not for me

I discovered this pillow was not for me. Primariky it interferes with my CPAP mask and hose. Also, the center indention in the pillow was way too deep for the back of my head. It’s more like a hole almost. And the side panels for side sleeping were too small. I wish this pillow had just a very slight or no indenting at all. Had to ask for a refund and got refunded. Customer service is fast to respond and they do whatever to make you happy.

Tricore ultimate

Have tried so many pillows for past 2 years for stuff neck. Have been using tri core ultimate on B side. So much better.

This pillow is too complicated. And if you use the wrong side it can really hurt your neck. All the sides are very different and there are four options. Any time I change the sheets it’s hard to find the right side again.

Maybe too much support…

I got this pillow at the recommendation of my chiropractor. She even had one for me to try. I loved it. When mine came in , I thought “this is much stiffer than what I tried.” I have it a shot. I have to say I’m hoping it gets softer over time. It’s like sleeping on a rock. I’ll give it its full trial but if it doesn’t soften up, it’s being returned.

Want to love it, but

Impressed with the design';tag attached and foam engraved with codes indicating which side to sleep for low -high kneck support. Little to no odor within days. So far, pillow is too firm for me ,my head feels to high, the indentation for head is not enough & I feel more support with the original tri core or d core

Good product, didn't work for me.

Although I prefer firmer pillows, this one was much firmer than what I can tolerate, even after a few days trying to adapt to it, and using it on the A option. Also, I guess my neck is not long enough to be "cuddled" on the depression of the pillow, so it didn't work for me. For a taller person - I'm 5'2" - , maybe it could be a good option if you tolerate a very firm pillow.

Still Trying to Find a Comfortable Position

This has been a very long haul for me. I am a fan of the Tri-Core Cervical pillow, but I go through them too fast. I thought perhaps this hardier version would last longer. And it probably will because so far I haven't been able to find a sleeping position that works for me. I start out with this pillow and then usually switch to my old pillow about halfway through the night. I can't quite put my finger on what's preventing me from getting comfortable on this pillow, but I think it may be that the neck roll is fine, but the sides are too firm. I'm not sure, but I have yet to get a full night's sleep on it.

Excellent pillow

I love this pillow. It’s soft yet firm, the cover is a very nice quality and it feels like a dream. Unfortunately, it did not fit my head well, as I had hoped for. I am a 5’10” woman and my head is a little bit larger than most. Also the neck area is a little longer than I would like. If it fit well, I would be in love!

It has helped with my neck & shoulders. I would recommend this pillow to anyone having any kind of neck problems. I no longer wake up with neck pain.

love the firmness

i have a reversed neck curve and have searched high and low for a firm pillow to support my neck. many were good but the firmness didn’t last and i had to find a new one. this pillow is very firm and works great for me! hopefully it will continue to be and be the pillow i can use for years to come

Great pillow

I really like this pillow. My neck and shoulder no longer hurts and I dint have knots in my neck and shoulder when I wake up.
