Drip pan

Its perfect for my air fryer to protect my oven from drips

Disappointed that the pan and rack were not dishwasher safe. I found out after I washed in the dishwasher. Was darkened. Not sure if still usable.

I am impressed with the sturdiness and quality of this rack. it is rather costly, but well-worth it for a lifetime investment. I placed it in the half sheet pan and put popped corn on it to crisp (8 minutes @ 300F). It worked perfectly. I may buy a second one as I am certain I will find dozens of uses for it.

After years of having "grocery store" pans, I am so pleased to have these pans. The ease in clean up and even heat transfer make them worth the added price. Also I really like how the cooling rack nestles inside the pan. It increases the ways I can use the set. I can use the rack to bake meat where fat drains off or I can use them for crafts.

Well made, heavy gauge stainless rack fits perfectly in the half sheet pan and sits about an inch above the bottom of the pan. Perfect for ribs, wings or larger items that are baked. Use non stick cooking spray for faster clean up, especially for foods that have a glaze or sauce. Great size to use as a cooling rack and due to the grid, marks are not left on goods that are cooled. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a first time purchase or replacement baking/cooling rack.

Being stainless steel, this rack has no problems and they fit the half baking sheets perfectly. I use these in baking sheets to cook steaks (to about 125 degrees and finish on the grill or in a skillet) and fish sticks and baked potatoes. I also use these to cool pies and cookies and home made bread.

Okay. I bake my chicken wings when I'm preparing them for buffalo wings. I used to fry them in a deep fat fryer, but that's a pain compared to baking. Here's my recipe: get you a baking sheet and a baking rack or two; put the racks on the baking sheet. Cut your chicken wings, 1-1/2 to 2 lbs, and place them on the baking rack close but not touching. As I recall, I bake them at 350-375 degrees F for 45 minutes to an hour. I use a convection oven, so it's a little faster than a conventional oven. Once the wings are nicely cooked and crispy, prepare the sauce: 3 tablespoons of salted butter, 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of Texas hot sauce. Every now and then I use a different hot sauce for variety, but the Texas sauce usually pleases the most people. These baking racks are great because they are stainless steel and don't rust or corrode like the chrome plated kind.

This is a very well made stainless steel cooling rack for baked goods and also for use in a sheet pan for in oven use.

Perfect size, fits perfectly in pan. Made lemon pepper wings in oven... perfectly! Very easy to clean. A tad pricey but worth it.
