No instructions how to install.

Called store because my online order said it was delivered. The clerk didn't understand and hung up on me. I called back and was helped by Ronnie. She couldn't find it and said she would talk to receiving dept in the morning and call me back. I didn't receive a call so the next day I called and asked for receiving. I talked to Tony who explained I would have to order again. He transferred me to store front and Ronnie answered the phone. She apologized for not calling but didn't come to work yesterday.She helped me cancel the original order and place a reorder. A week later the product arrived. I went to pick it up.I thanked Ronnie for her help. No instructions how to install with product. I watched a you tube video and it was real simple.

Works fine. Reset your system after install.

Good price compared to other vendors. It works. What more do you need to know.

Over two months has gone by and Item never received. Only notified that order was processing. No response from customer support when inquiring about delay. Ended up having to purchase for a similar item elsewhere.

I indicated a rating of 4-star, instead of 5, only because I just received the batteries the other day and hooked them up right away. I intend to routinely change them out after three years so I hope they last that long, as I have them as a power back-up for our condominium building's alarm monitoring system.

total junk lasts less than one season on my jet ski. If there were an area to add less than one star I would do that!

Well, I received them quickly

Well, I received them quickly enough; thus the five stars. I had ordered six of these batteries. Now I'll just have to see how long they last in the two Trip-lite UPS that needed battery replacements. I'll let you know in a couple of years how it turned out.
