Twice the Advertised Price

Product overview indicates it is a 2-pack. This is not the case, there's just one per pack - so twice the advertised price. Unfortunately, I had to travel across town to find this out when I picked up my order. The order desk person wasn't about to honor the advertised product/price and didn't check with other HD representatives when asked. A similar product is "Richelieu BP178150" at $6.25. It's a two pack.

My son broke the closet door knob off his closet because he said the boogey man lives in there and he didn't want him to get out. I replaced the knob with this one and it works well...a little too well. The door is open and my son is missing. How long do you have to wait to report a missing person? Asking for a friend.

The screws did not fit ... we had to drill the hole in the wood knob slightly bigger to get them in. Very disappointed.

The It’s too long for where I need it

Nice and smooth, ready to paint. When repainting older doors, the knobs can often have a lot of paint buildup on them. These knobs are an easy replacement so that freshly painted doors have like-new knobs.

The screw thread was slightly smaller than it should have been for the soft texture of the wood and spun before tightening up. Notwithstanding, my knob replacement has held so far.

These worked out nice. I stained them as the wood color is pretty nice. Had a couple that the pre-drilled hole did not allow for the screw to go in all the way, but I drilled it a tad more and they worked just fine.
