Wrinkles

The rug came folded in thirds and then rolled up. Bad creases and a lot of wrinkles everywhere. I stretched the carpet out for two days with no change. I then laid weighted objects all over the wrinkles for another two days with very little change. We liked the color and structure of the rug but glad there’s a 30 day return policy. Another day and our next step will be to fold and roll the rug up to return it.

These are beautiful rugs and a pad is necessary! The colors are soft and very neutral. The feel of the rug is pleasing and comfortable. Size is as requested. Great rug!

Looks just as pictured. Very happy with it. We have hard wood floors and the optional pad underneath is cruicial to keep the rug from sliding everywhere. So keep in mind you may need one. This is the second time I've bought rugs from rugs.com and I definately recommend them.

I kept looking at multiple websites for a rug for my living room. I found this rug on Rugs.com. Loved it! Very quick delivery. And once I laid it down in my living room, absolutely fell in love with it. Good quality rug and a great company. Can’t wait to order another rug from them.

Overall a great rug

I bought this same rug a little over a year ago for my hall ways. Love them so much just bought the same rug in various sizes for my kitchen. The runners and small rugs were exactly the colors described Light green, hunter green, & ivory and matched the rugs I previously purchased perfectly. I am disappointed to say the 5' x 8', though still sporting a plush pile, does not have the same colors as all the other rugs. The ivory isn this rug is replaced with a light yellow green color. I understand there are different dye lots but this looks quite different from all the other rugs.The pile of the rug does have some movement but no matter what direction the nap goes in, the rug is still much darker with more yellow green shading. I would say this is more of a manufacturing defect and not the fault of Rugs.com

The Unique Loom Del Mar area rug was a great find. The rug is fairly priced for an 8 x 12 rea rug (under $190). First thing to keep in mind that this isn't a heavy wool rug that would add a zero to the end of the price for this rug. But if you have a large area with wood or tile floors this will do the job. The picture I included shows the rug shipping package. I thought they had the wrong item but the rug is carefully folded in half for shipping so it is very easy to handle. Give it enough time to lose the folds from teh shipping. The nap is nice but like I mentioned it is not super thick. If you could get a carpet pad to keep the rug cushioned I think it would be the perfect solution. But 8 x 12 is very large and the pad might cost as much as this rug. I don't think you can go wrong with the purchase.
