Okay Rug - but good customer service

It's a nice enough rug, but I realized it's not low enough to fit under some doors. Also, the color is a bit faded from the picture. It feels a bit cheap (I suppose because it is!). I'm going to return it and buy one that's a better quality and lower pile.

I love the color, the pattern, and it's super soft. If I had one criticism, it's that it is slippery on its own- but this can be remedied with a rug pad. Came in ONE DAY and was packaged very securely.

Nice quality rug, I wanted for shower space because that’s where my puppy waits for me. The pattern and color are just perfect.

I have mixed feelings

This rug pattern is very pretty. It's a great size and looks beautiful in my room. But one half of the rug is a darker blue than the other. I didn't know if it's supposed to have a faded look at one end? Weird! The size turned out to be larger than I realized so the edges are under the furniture quite a bit, holding it down from slippage. So I don't need the anti slip pad. It's very soft, but has a strong chemical odor. I thought it would fade away after a few days but didn't so I sprayed it with febreeze today. Overall, I guess i like the rug and will keep it. It's too much of a hassle to return as I'm disabled.

The shade of blue is vibrant, texture is plush but not too thick. Love this rug!

Pretty as pictured

The rug was very much as pictured. The smell was a bit strong but is subsiding. Love the color! Wish it were a little thicker but it seems none of the rugs these days are.

Second rug of this type purchased.

This is the second rug of this type I’ve purchased. I have it in blue also and love both of them. They seem to lose their wrinkles in a relatively short time.
