Disappointed

I ordered a pearl color in an 8 x 10. The color is an awful straw color. I contacted the company and it’s going to be too hard to ship back so when they say there is free shipping and free returns they don’t really mean it.

These are just ok. The pile is so so and they don’t lay flat. Not the best quality.

My girlfriend and I are completely satisfied with our purchase. We got a soft, thick shag, dark blue colored rug. It looks great in our quasi mid-century modern/70s boho living room. The rug seems well constructed, quality, materials, and craftsmanship. It shipped quickly and arrived promptly as advertised. We will definitely be shopping from rugs.com again.

Super Soft

So super soft! Love it! Kinda had a funny smell at first but it did go away.

These are a mess one year later.

We've had these in our house for a year now, having purchased them during construction. They are gorgeous, plush, and soft. Unfortunately, even with a rug rake and the best vaccuum for thick pile, I just cannot keep them clean. No vaccuum will properly get through this deep pile. I'll miss them, but they have to go.

Lilac dream 💜

I purchased a smaller version of the same rug for my living room. I needed something to bring in the colors of my pictures. And I loved it so much that I actually purchased one to cover my bedroom floor from wall to wall. Not only is a beautiful, but it is just so lovely to walk on. Everyone that comes into my home comments on the color and feel. Im purchasing another small one for my bathroom.

Pretty rug, very difficult to vacuum

This shag rug is very soft, feels good under your feet. However, this can’t be vacuumed! When I tried to vacuum it, it clogged the vacuum cleaner immediately and it couldn’t be pushed. I’ve been happy with all the rugs I’ve bought so far from Rugs.com, but this one is going back. I will choose another rug from this company.

Cute but light duty only

Very fluffy and just as pictured. It would be better with a pad beneath if used over tile or wood floor as the fluffiness does not create a plush feel on its own. One concern is the flimsiness of the edge finish. Is it just heat sealed? It is nearly invisible and I am doubtful it will hold up well especially for corners or edges exposed to a higher traffic pattern. A strong serge or overlock stitch would have been preferred at this price point.
