Great customer service - and the rug is beautiful!

I was hesitant to purchase because i wanted to make sure the red in the rug would go well with the leather couches in our basement rec room. I contacted customer service via chat and they recommended that i watch the video on the product page, which gave close-ups of the rug colors. I ordered - and it is perfect in the room! Extremely pleased with the quality! Shipping was fast and I appreciated the emails about what to do when the rug arrived. Well done, rugs.com!!

Beautiful rug

I love the colors of this rug, I think they’re a little lighter than the pictures. Didn’t take long to lay flat. My only complaint is this rug is considered a medium pile height and this rug is definitely not medium it is very thin.

4” tear in rug when received

The rug was pretty much as expected; decent quality for the price paid and colors were fairly true to the picture and description. However, they must have awful quality control as when I unrolled the rug to put it down (bought the 9x12 size), there was a 3-4” year/cut in the rug. …and no, I didn’t mistakenly cut it when I opened it. It’s too big and heavy to haul back out of my house and take to the store. I patched the reverse side with tape and am hoping for the best when I vacuum.

Nice runner

Love my new runner. Excellent size. Weave is beautiful. There is one part where I had to trim it because there was a loose thread but other than that, love it.

Perfect for the office

Looks and feels great. More plush than I expected. The red is a rusty color, but still well saturated. I got this for my office, which has deep green wallpaper, white trim, dark wood desk, and navy chair - this rug really leans into the maximalism I love, and the blue accents work great with my chair. It seems a bit more lumpy out of the packaging than my previous rugs, maybe due to being a natural material; but I'm planning to steam it very lightly and let it rest for a few days before I move it to its final position in the room under furniture.

Beautiful colors

I am very happy with this rug. It is soft underfoot and the colors are beautiful. There are multiple shades of blue, multiple shades of red, some ivory, and some taupe in the pattern. Because of the various colors, it gives me options for the accessories (e.g. pilllow, throws, decor) which means I can change things up pretty quickly and inexpensively. We have two large dogs that spend a lot of time laying on the rug; the pattern hides a multi of sins, LOL.

This rug is sooo pretty! We've had it in our dining room for at least a few months now. The colors of variegated blues, cranberries, & creams is truly lovely & exudes a warm yet not too "fancy" look (although I'm certain it would rise to the occasion of a room much more elegant than mine with its loose version of a traditional pattern) nor is it dark or overpowering in my room. I wanted a rug that could stand up to pets & kids & be easily vacuumed (it is a low pile rug). The variegated colors are sure to be stain concealing which is a definite plus. This rug is a perfect match for our home. It arrived at the store where I elected Curbside Pickup- very quick, easy, & safe. It was easily placed in my room with minimal assistance & laid flat with some minor encouragement within the hour.

Worth the price

Cannot beat the price for the size.... 10x14 area rug for only $118. And it was delivered within a week. The rug is soft to touch but not plush or extremely thick. Works fine for me and the colors are nice and rich. It has an antique look. It does not lay completely flat yet due to the way it was packaged, but I am sure in time it will. Again, $118 for 10x14. I am very very happy with this purchase!

Just What I Wanted

I was looking for a nice long runner for our master bath that would fit between the vanity and the new walk-in shower we had installed recently because of my husband’s stroke. We needed a shower that would allow for a walker or wheel chair, if necessary so that cut down on the area between the shower and vanity. This runner rug is perfect! THe colors are very nice and make the bath look brighter. The rug is low pile without being shabby and looks much nicer than a regular bath rug. We are very pleased with the rug, the delivery and the price. We will shop here gain!

OMG I love this rug!

I just received my new rugs and I love all three! They came very quickly and they are absolutely beautiful. The colors are exactly what I wanted. Having the “see in my room” feature was amazing. Love this rug!

I purchased this rug for the entry to my home. I have a cranberry red door and the color pallet is perfect. I love the quality and although it is new today I feel that it will wear and clean well. I liked it so much I bought another larger one in this same pattern for my living room. I was happy with the super fast shipping too. I bought the rug pad to go with this and I'm glad I did because it is just the right size, good quality, and keeps it nicely in place in front of the door.

Arcadia Blue Rugs

Bought this runner for a long hallway andvit fits great and looks amazing. We had purchased same lsrge round rug for living room and also a smaller runner for front door next that, which leads into living toom as well. Eventhough the rugs were purchasedbover a year prior to this 10ft runner the colors have stayed vibrant! We have two cats, one is a Maine Coon and the rugs and runner do a great job of keeping his tumbleweeds off our wood floors. Make sure to purchase the right size non-slip pads for these rugs for secure footing, as they are well made but not as thick as your standard oriental rugs. Vacuum often if in high traffic area like us and you will not br disapointed! Enjoy ;)

Nice rug for the price

I bought the cream 8x10 Arcadia rug, and I was a little disappointed in the colors compared to how they appear in the website pictures (the body’s more regular beige carpet, rather than a bright cream, and the red and blue are a bit more subdued than I imagined). However I realize this may be my screen, as well as my room paint color - but the rug still goes very nicely in my space. The rug itself does not really compare to my authentic (and expensive) tasseled Persian rugs, but, for the very reasonable price it is pretty nice. It lay flat within a day of unrolling, and it feels nice underfoot even without a pad, and doesn’t skid too bad even without a gripper. There was that “new rug” smell for about three days, but it goes away.

Absolutely Perfect!

We just moved into a contemporary home with a foyer and central hallway. It's near the shore, so I wanted blue as the main color, but I also wanted something that could take the wear of being next to the door. This rug's colors and designs are perfect and look great. I got a round one and the 4x6. They complement each other, but look different enough to be interesting. The super good padding makes them feel more expensive than they were. I think I'll get another one for the main hall!

High quality

I absolutely love this rug. It's super plush (definitely buy the rug pad bundle) and it's exactly what I was looking for. My husband can't get over how thick it is when he walks on it (oh, the things men notice). Our island is 6' long (don't mind all the blue tape), and I got the 2'7 x 10' runner. The space between my island and fridge is 48" for reference (I prefer the 2'7 to the 2' wide runner). It's gorgeous and the price is an absolute steal. I didn't get tracking right away, but I received the rug in 2 business days with standard shipping. Super happy with this purchase after scouring the web for runners! Will definitely purchase from esalerugs again and highly recommend.

Great buy

I was super skeptical about buying a rug online. But a bunch of positive reviews and the great customer service on Instagram (kudos to the people who run the esalerugs instagram account!) tipped the scales in the favor of this purchase. Better than expected!
