As far as ease of use goes, I'd give it 2 stars at most. No documentation was included, and there's nothing on the company's web site. The default combination is 0-0-0-0. To change the combination: set the wheels to the current combination and rotate the black wheel to the left as far as it will go. This allows you to push the security cord into the lock. While holding it in, about 3mm, set the new combination by turning the number wheels. Holding the cord in and turning the wheels is really awkward. Write the new combination down. To secure a device: run the cord around a pole, for example, and through the loop. Turn the black wheel to the right as far as it will go. This is about 3 to 4 complete rotations. This aligns the lock pins. Insert into the device to be secured, turn the wheel to the left as far as it will go, and change numbers on the combination wheel. The device is now secured. The thin black wheel because of its thin size, 4.5mm thick, stiff motion, deep ridges that bite into the flesh, and position next to a raised lip, is hard to grip and not pleasant to use. The same goes for the tiny combination wheels. The distance from the first to last is only 2cm.
