How do you change the rotation with this wall control. Nothing in the manual and NO manual on the Solaria 60in or 72in fan

Clear instructions, easy install

This is a brilliant alternative to keeping track of a remote control. Directions were clear and installation went smooth. Beginner level electrical, just be sure to shut off the breaker. I’ll be swapping out all my switches.

It’s a great, simple controller, but it strangely has batteries as well as being a wired-in device.

Fan Light Wall Control

Wall fan light control with receiver works very well.

Batteries are a pain to replace every 2 years

Remote runs on batteries that need to be replaced by removing the wall switch with tools and removing the 3 AAA batteries it users in addition to home current.

Needs one big upgrade to make it great.

I have this remote and wall switch on my outdoor ceiling fan. It works well, but could be better with one upgrade. The wall control uses batteries to transmit the signal from the wall unit to the fan. This means when the battery dies, and it will. you have to unscrew the unit from the wall, pull it out of the wall and change the batteries and reinstall it into the wall. They need to power the transmitter with the A/C power already going into the wall unit. This would eliminate the batteries and going through all those steps to change them. Seems like a simple fix, I don't know why Hunter doesn't do it.
