I have many books and I want book holders that are excellent at preventing books from collapsing and from crashing to the floor - These thin but strong holders are surprisingly the best book holders ever, and cheap.

Definitely very sturdy. Exactly what I needed and good size. I accidentally dropped one on my toe and it hurt their definitely made with good quality thick and strong.

Works great for big and heavy books. It might bend a bit over time, but I haven't had that problem so far. And the material on the bottom is antiskid.

I would not purchase again. Rust discoloration on bookends. Spend a little more and get a better product. I gave it one star because they were inexpensive.

Sturdy with Non-Skid, No-Scratch Bases
I like the size of these bookends and the non-skid, no scratch bases. They are very sturdy but not as sturdy as the Business Source Heavy-gauge Steel Book Supports, also sold by Walmart.
