Worst customer service I’ve ever had they lost my order and now say it’s on back order so replacement will be awhile! I asked them to contact fedex and they told me to and when I contacted FedEx they said shipper has to file claim such a runaround meanwhile I’ve paid for item and still don’t know when I will be getting it! Such a joke

only lasted a year before the ozone destroyed the plastic or vinyl coating on it and holes and rips started to appear all over. my last canvas which was the original one lasted 3 years before that started to happen

Be aware this is made for a 10'8" wide frame NOT a 10' wide frame it will be a little long on the sides and you will have to be creative to attach it, the length is perfect. The quality seems to be good but time will tell.

Just what I needed to replace our canopy cover that was destroyed by mice over the winter.

These tops compare to shelter logic for a more reasonable price

Easy to install but won’t last as long as hoped based on this is the second replacement canopy I have ordered. First lasted approximately 2 years.

cover does not have grommets on each end like it shows in the pictures. grommets are spaced further apart on the sides than shown in the pictures. bought these before and had good luck with them but this will not hold up in the wind like the original type did.

Item is solid.Second time buying it. First one ripped after multiple rainstorms, 4 years great for this material. The metal rings used to tie down are bonded well and solid as well. Drawstring holds up well against sun.

Had to return it because it came in an other color
