We are updating our tub/shower as the shower portion is too low for taller people to use. We opted to install the Delta 7-Spray Glide Rail Hand Shower fixture to remedy the situation and add versatility to the tub/shower. The install is very easy, though the instructions are very vague and not very helpful. Fortunately the parts are few and easily identifiable as to where they go. The only install issue we faced was drilling through the tile and sealing the screw holes to avoid leaks behind the tile. The unit has a tape back that holds it in place while getting the screws set. Over tile the tape is not likely to hold well due to the porous nature of the tile itself. We did clean it well before install however. The only portion of the unit I am not pleased with is the plastic height slide and plastic pin that holds the head of the shower.These tend to be a weak point in construction and are prone to breaking. The caps that fit over the screw holes do not fit tight and we will need to seal with silicone or rubber glue to prevent water from going in the lower screw hole. The unit tends to slide down the pole with just the weight of the extended spray head as well. In the time it took to take a couple of pictures the head had slid down the pole several inches. Overall though it is a cost effective way to add versatility to the tub/shower and hopefully it will last a long time.

The Delta 7 Spray glide rail hand shower in super easy to install. I wanted the option of a hand shower in our second bathroom tub shower and this worked out great. Simply vertically align the rail at the range to height you'd like. Mount it by drilling two small screws hole (drilling required) and / or use adhesive strip on back of the rail. Simply unscrew the current shower head, screw on the supplied hose and screw the other end of house on the supplied 7 spray shower head. Set the shower head in the mount and slide the head up or down on the rail to desired shower height. This allows different family members to easily adjust shower head to their desired height. The hand held sprayer feels balanced and offers a number of different spray patterns from light rain to full on spray. I did have a minor issue with the spring assembly inside the rail clip (holds the sprayer in place), but was quickly resolved by Delta customer service. I also wish it had more angle adjustment, but it will suffice as is. Overall a very and low cost way to allow shower height adjustment in a shower.

i ordered this Delta glide rail hand shower to install in the main bath shower so it could be adjusted to accommodate people of different heights. the slide bar is 24 inches long so the shower head can be adjusted by simply pushing it up or down to the desired height. the shower head is attached to a 70 inch flexible hose and can be removed from the glide rail to make rinsing easier, it has 6 different settings to chose from plus a pause setting to save water. it came with good instructions and everything needed to mount it, installation was easy and took less than 15 minutes to complete. i am very satisfied with this product and feel that it was a great addition to our shower.

This is a very easy shower slide rail to install. I just used the attached 3M tape backing that comes with it and made sure the surface was clean. So far it seems really strong, but if that doesn't hold up I have the tile anchors that were included as well that I can use.

Really nice design, easy to install, looks great, works very well. This unit comes with all you need to replace you shower head to this bar slide adjustable height shower removable shower sprayer. In my application I choose not to use the screws and just installed with the double sticky tape and it mounts very secure. I am over 6 foot tall and my wife is just 5 foot tall and this adjustable height sprayer is just what the shower needed to keep us both happy. I highly recommend this product, so easy to install.

This is a very nice shiny polished chrome shower handle for your bath or shower. Which most of these have an adapter that links into a shower head with a diverter, this is for an installation with a diverter value installed and can swing over to the shower head here. It's nice and heavy and will make any bathroom look like new and with the diverter value in place it works great
