Cabinet Review

While the storage cabinet is well made and I like the looks of the unit, I'm only giving it a 4 star rating because the original packaging was missing parts that were required for assembly. Customer service was very helpful and shipped the missing parts in a timely manner; it was inconvenient that I had to call for the missing parts.

Great storage that serves as an addition to my pantry.

Paper storage at office copier

This was the perfect size for our needs at our coping machine. We are using it to store reams of paper that everyone would leave all over the place. It helped tidy up the place nicely.

I liked it can be assembled right or left open.

I really like this cabinet. It’s solid and sturdy, and relatively easy to put together. I do wish it came with another shelf, but I knew what I was buying when I got it, so I’m not gonna take a star off for that. 

Received Damaged Product And Still Waiting...

I purchased this product about a month ago, and it was delivered pretty damaged. Three of the four main exterior components were damaged, which is noticeable. The shipping package was not damaged, so I assume it was from the actual packaging. I contacted customer service, and they told me the pieces were on backorder; I am still waiting to receive them or any follow-up information regarding my damage claim. The thing that upset me is that the product is currently in stock; I shouldn't have to look at a damaged unit when Bush is still selling it on their website. I hope all of this will be resolved. Overall, I am happy with the design and functionality of the bookcase. I just hate looking at it right now.

Beautiful cabinet!! Easy to put together. Although I wish it had more shelves. Otherwise it is perfect for what I needed it for. Will definitely buy more pieces made by this company.

Tall Cabinets with Shelves

I liked the cabinets. Easy to put together. Would like to see more colors selection. Would also like to be given the option of getting additional parts by including the price list in the instruction manual.
