This worked perfectly for me. It actually was an almost perfect replacement for one we'd installed decades back, but which the rear wall mounting piece (plastic) had eventually broken. I say almost, because the new metal guide was a smidge longer (like 1/16th inch) and the plastic piece that fastens to the rear of the drawer is about half as thick as the old one. But it worked out fine.
