Easy to install. Good support for a window A/C unit.
It is hard to install and even harder to regulate.
Box says that you don't have to drill OUTSIDE holes but it turns out that you DO have to drill INSIDE holes.

IT was in good shape, but was drenched they left it on the stoop instead of a few more steps and put it on a covered porch. But I have no complaints, I used to work and things do happen.
The angle of the support arm did not work for our window.
Item was easy to setup but 1 small problem bracket wasn't bent correctly and the holes didn't line up for the adjustable leg and had to be drilled to make it work but I made it work.
For some reason I thought that this has 2 legs on it, but it only has 1. This said, the thing was easy to install and is doing what it is supposed to do. I would like to have seen screws with a star head on them, though.
Simple and east to install. Some thought has to be put in to level it with the window sill.

if you have very deep window wells, this may not fit. because of the historic age of the house, it was a little difficult to finagle but generally it is a solid product that does what is advertised.
