Impossible to keep clean, I hate these pans

I’ve kept foil or silpats on my pan and within 2 weeks it’s covered in baked on grease and flecks that won’t come off with soap and water. These pans are a huge waste of materials, money and time, I just want a pan that can be scrubbed I don’t need plastic coatings and ridges that will be covered in a freaking baking mat anyway that make it impossible to clean. I feel swindled. What a wasteful poorly thought out product. I can’t imagine using one of these for more than a year or two before it’s destroyed regardless of how you treat it.

What a nice pan!

I purchased the Jelly Roll pan as a 'test' before committing to other baking sheet sizes. This one is a nice size for everyday use, being not too big or not too small, sturdy without being too heavy or flimsy. But I was a bit disappointed discovering a small blemish in the inside wall (halfway between the rim and the base), with the coating missing; I noticed it upon removing the plastic wrapper. It is a small spot, a bit larger than a pinhead. It's not worth to me the trouble to re-package and return. Hopefully there will be no additional 'peeling off' as the pan is used and washed. Except for that, it is a very nice sheet pan.

Jelly roll pans

These pans are weighted and do not curl up when heated. I have just had them a couple of days. Eager to see how well they perform with cookies.

The USA Pan is the best pans I have ever owned. I have the round and square cake, the jelly roll, the rectangular pan and a cookie sheet. Very soon, I'm going to on the muffin pan also!

I grew up in the restaurant business and over the course of my many years I’ve tried just about every kind of pan available. I switched to US pans 10 years ago because I like the weight, durability and release properties and have never regretted my choice.

Great Pan

Multi Use Pan

This is one of USA Pans most versatile size. I use a cooling rack with this when thawing foods. Or for catching crumbs when cooling cakes and cookies. It bakes so well due to the design and weight

Never Disappointed

I have never been disappointed with USA Pan. I am a bread maker and a cookie maker. There is a pan for all my needs. They are very sturdy.

Love this pan. I use it for baking and also for roasting or anything else I need a pan this size for. It comes in handy regularly. Would recommend this purchase. Once again easy to clean. Love it.
