The best baking quality

I use a 9 x13 more often than any other pan and needed another that was easy to clean and baked a good cake and dessert bars. A friend recommended this one from King Arthur. I agree, it's does a wonderful job!

A great pan

I was struggling with my focaccia and got this pan in hopes of something changing and boy did it. The bread was wonderful and clearly I was using the incorrect pan previously.

Very nice pan and lid

Very nice pan and lid set. When my set arrived, the lid was cracked. I called KAB customer service. I had a replacement set within a week. Excellent service!

Bakes evenly and does a tremendous job keeping cake fresh with airtight lid. Convenient for transporting.

Great rectangle cake pan, lid - not so much

I love the rectangle cake pan, in large part, because it’s seamless. I highly recommend the pan; however, the lid arrived cracked, although it was packed very well. Customer service was great and after emailing a picture, I received a new lid in just a few days. I really don’t think the lid will last very long because the plastic is just too brittle. It needs to be more flexible. That being said, I’m still very happy with the pan.

Pan bakes great!

The lid is too tall! The handle is not needed and its movement helps baked goods to dry out and will let in bugs if used at a picnic where a cover is needed!

Nice heavy pan. Doesn't warp in the oven. I haven't tested the non-stick as I use parchment in everything.

This review is for the rectangular Pullman lidded pan specifically. My first time using it, and it is probably my favorite pan now. Perfect for pain de mie, or sandwich bread. Distributes heat super well, which leads to even rising and a delicate crumb. Very happy with this pan. Be sure to butter it up generously, and close the lid before your dough is fully done with its second proofing.

I have other 9x13 USA pans, but this is my new favorite. The lid makes the difference - so much nicer than cling wrap or foil!
