Looks good but not as bright as I hoped.

OK for the price. They don't throw as much light as my more expensive battery operated pillar candle but they look nice.

These come with timers!

I love these. I received a set for my birthday and promptly bought a second set. I use them in lanterns set on the floor to resemble a fireplace. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is that the timer didn't work on one candle and I had to return it for a different box. But so far, they've come on faithfully at 6:00 pm every day--because that's what I set it to--and go off sometime in the night. They throw a surprising amount of light, but they are decorative--don't expect them to light up your room. I love them and may get some more. They even feel like real candles.

Very realistic candles

Very realistic looking candles, the light flickers just like a real candle. I got the red coloured ones too to create a nice candle grouping. The timer function is handy but I'm comparing it with ones not using the timer to see how it affects the battery life. I'd like to get some more.

Wax Pillar Battery-Operated Candles, White, Three.

This product was sold out in Ottawa, ON. I went on-line and ordered it from a Canadian Tire store in London, ON. On-line ordering was user friendly, not only that, I received the well wrapped package within four (4) days. Excellent service. The candles are a great buy. The cost was minimal. The light is subtle. The candles are perfect for my needs.

Nice but not nice enough

These work nice enough, but there are a few issues. The bottom on one is crooked so the whole candle sits crooked. The candle flame that was the "Try Me" sample is a different colour than the rest, it's a warm yellow but the rest are a very yellow/green colour. The remote arrived damaged and doesn't work. I'm going to return these as soon as I can.

Great Product but Battery Problem

I purchased two of these (sets of 3) today. I thought I would use "good" batteries so used brand new Energizer Max. After putting in the batteries, however, only one of the six candles would turn on. It looked like the "tit" on the positive end of the battery was not making contact with the terminal in the unit, so I tried Kirkland and other batteries. All of the candles are now operating, so if yours do not work, make sure the batteries are making contact.
