A good faucet of this style is hard to find

I have only had this faucet installed for one day. It is made of metal unlike the one it replaced with its awful plastic base. It works very well. The plumber had to go find a longer extension for the drain.

The Grohe faucet works and looks great.

Very high quality, and an awesome finish!! The drain stopper lever is a bit odd, but for me a non-issue. Honestly, how often do you fill up your bathroom sink these days anyway?? Nice simple design which you can’t go wrong with!!

Clean lines / Smooth operation

I purchased 2 of the Veletto bathroom faucets and continue to love them. I did have a minor problem with one of the goosenecks being loose all of the time though. I tried to tighten the screw below the sink, but could only reach one screw. Finally after tightening a few times, I crawled enough to reach the second screw and now I think it will stay. It’s possible the installer didn’t do this prior to installing our new sink as well.

The only things Grohe about this oriental faucet are the ceramic valves. That is what the price is set at, too. So when the valves eventually fail, one is not going to fix this faucet; one is going to chuck it. For the present, it is very nice. The wire pretending to be a popup lever is sort of a red herring, and it does not bother me at all. The whole centerset base is a red red snapper.

I love the soft lines of the Veletto 4 inch centerset high spout bathroom faucet in brushed nickel. If you are replacing an older faucet, you will likely spend more time removing the old faucet and drain assembly than it takes to install this faucet/drain assembly. I thought about not replacing my old drain assembly, but was glad I did. My existing hoses fit the new faucet. The handles have a smooth quarter turn and you get a nice flow of water. No caulk is needed for the installation.

High Quality, beautiful finish, and easy installation! The brushed nickel has a nice warm modern look that Improves your bathroom as soon as you are done installing it. Fingerprints and smudges easily wipe off with a moist paper towel or rag, no need for chemicals to clean it. Installation is easy to follow, the tools required are an adjustable wrench, screwdriver, and channel locks. The only thing I would love to see improved is the water pressure, it doesn’t have as much pressure as the one I replaced, but that may be a plus for others. The way it’s designed, it’s difficult to make a mess around the sink. Almost forgot one of the most important things, it has lifetime warranty! Definitely a quality product.

If you don’t like water spots on a shiny chrome faucet, then this Grohe brushed nickel finish faucet might be the perfect item. As with all faucet replacements, I didn't have the benefit of installing it with the sink being upside-down before it was placed on the vanity cabinet, so it was tight quarters, and getting the old one off was was hardest part. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Can I say wow! A pleasing and stylish appearance bathroom faucet. It's very easy to install and catchy looking two handle bathroom faucet. You'll need a three hole vanity sink with a four inch centerset. It's perfect for our 1/2 bathroom. It's high spout does not swivel, but is a perfect arch to wash our hands. It has a sparkle chrome finish with a dirt/scratch resistance surface. Drain hardware, mounting hardware, faucet and owners manual included. The water supply valve are not included in this kit. Be sure to remove the grey color protective film on the top area of the pop up drain. The only thumbs down I will add would be the lift rod is certainly not a great looking piece nor comfortable to pull/push.

The Grohe Veletto Faucet is a modern, clean looking 4" centerset bathroom faucet that will compliment most any style bathroom. It comes neatly packaged and is easy to install. I had to get new supply lines as my old ones were too short. The only issue I had was the pivot arm fell apart before I could install the rain tailpiece. The metal rod fell out of the plastic pivot piece (see pictures). I don't think it was assembled properly at the factory or it would have never come apart. I had to mount the plastic pivot in a soft-jaw vise and hammer the rod into it without damaging the sealing surface of the pivot. Once the rod was hammered n, it felt quite secure, I don't think I could get it apart if I tried.

this GROHE Veletto Brushed Nickel Faucet is very well built. the unit is a 7.5 inch high off the top of a vanity. the levers will be 9 inches wide in the off position . the faucet is design with a European touch as the pull rod is a bent 90 degree Brushed Nickel rod for the drain to open and close it. GROHE Veletto also uses a plastic coated pivid rod in it drain assembly to control the stopper .this is very wise as drain cleaners will in time will eat. the metal pivid rod used in most bathroom drains .

the Grohe veletto Chrome 4 in. Centerset is a 8 inch high bathroom vanity faucet. This Grohe unit has a Very Bright Chrome all metal design . the design has a very European flair with the 90 degree angle stopper lift rod. the pop up waste uses rubber seals that require no putty or silicone sealants. it has a plastic and metal pivot rod that a big plus . as this is were we see most drain failures. as the rods rot away from drain cleaners eating the metal over time.

Very disappointed. A beautiful faucet degraded by a very unattractive drain lift accessory. I got the Grohe Veletto to replace an original guest bath faucet to upgrade and modernize. On installation, the drain lift rod feature of the Veletto faucet ruined it for me. The faucet by itself looked great and operated smoothly; but that was negated by the drain lift assembly with particular reference to the drain lift rod. The drain assembly is not really mentioned in the supplied information on the box, or other marketing literature. Photos of the product barely show it. You will not come full face with it until the box is unpacked and installation commenced. When I took the parts out of the box and inspected each, I thought a part was missing from the “pull end” of the drain lift rod. It was just a metal rod bent at a 90 degree angle on the pull end leaving about a one half inch protrusion. I checked the parts info and that was it. Maintaining some optimism that it would look better actually installed, I proceeded. It did not. It looked cheap and unfinished. Using the bent end to operate the drain also felt uncomfortable, like pulling on a bent metal rod. A beautiful faucet degraded by a very unattractive accessory. Another important factor that is not mentioned in the specs or in the installation instructions is that you will need a minimum of 2 ½ inch clearance from the back of the faucet to the backsplash to use the drain lift rod. It does not pull straight up, but rather out at an angle into the backsplash. I did some additional research and apparently some Grohe faucets use this type of drain lift assembly. It does not work for me on an aesthetic or functional level; so I cannot recommend this particular product. I was so dissatisfied that I removed the Grohe and cleaned and reinstalled the original faucet.

I just finished installing my Grohe Veletto 2 handle faucet. This faucet has a nice polished chrome finish in a sleek modern design. The faucet comes with everything you need including the sink drain . The drain portion has the lever operated sink stopper also. All the parts are of high quality. I previously had poor water pressure because my old faucet was clogged with sentiment. Once I turned the faucet lever I had very good water flow. The levers have a very smooth action.
