Good product for the price point

The product was not as great as your better homes and garden furniture. But it was also less expensive. Thank you for keeping prices low.

Great price!

My deck gets hit for at least nine hours a day in the summer, with the most intense solar heat that I have ever experienced in my life. And last summer was the hottest summer I've ever experienced in my life. And this furniture survived it all. With flying colors. I've never been so impressed with an affordable piece of outdoor furniture in my entire life. So that totals 3/3 superlative wins for this beautiful set. I purchased this set and 2 others at the same time (my deck is easily 1/2 the size of my house-and thank god for that extra 400 square feet (3 months out of the year 🙃)). And the other sets are equally as The only complaint I have is regarding the cushions. When I placed the order, I was worried that they weren't going to be fluffy enough, but, to my surprise, they were (and still are) wonderfully fluffy. The back cushions are all great. They are firm and comfortable. My only problem is with the material that they are made from. I understand that for them to be water resistant. They need to have a fabric with a little bit of plastic nylon. But the fabric on these cushions is more (or less lol?) than just that. It's cheap and noisy and very slippery. I am either sliding off the cushion or sitting on the cushion as it sliding off of the furniture. It's pretty bad, but I try to appreciate it for being an incredibly unique ice-breaker when I have company 😂 So, now, why after all that am I only giving it to four out of five? Because of all the drama I had to go through to get a partial credit on couple of pieces that had mildew because of, what I have always assumed, too much time, spent in the box in the warehouse/distribution center. WITH THAT BEING SAID: my order was placed for Overstock, and Bed Bath & Beyond became one company. To be fair, Bed Bath & Beyond had literally nothing to do with any part of my experience back then it was Overstock. And I also must mention that Overstock was WONDERFUL in helping me. Their service was impeccable, and I'm certain that Bed Bath & Beyond carries with them the same courtesy. I feel comfortable saying that I can't imagine anyone being unhappy with this purchase. DISAPPOINTED

not enough bolts and had to go to store and buy. A couple of holes didn't line up and had to drill. Tool provided doesn't really work. Disappointed

I absolutely love this set. We have it on our porch and it has held up through the weather. The only thing I would recommend is thicker cushions. They lasted 1 season before they became uncomfortable.

This outdoor furniture was the perfect size and fit in our back patio space well. It is lightweight, but cushions do not fly off like a previous set.

I wound not recommend came with out back of chairs after I put set together they sent me a whole new set expecting me to send the other back was unable to take apart and re box i am 80 years old and paid someone to put it together than they stored my credit card and charged me again they are a rip off company be aware check credit card no company is to store your numbers

This is the perfect furniture set for my patio. I live in an apartment and it is just small enough to fit. So far, there are so many things I love about this conversation set. For one, it is comfortable to sit in. I would also consider this to be well made and sturdy. I ordered the grey/grey set and I’m very pleased with the color. Assembly went well, and I was able to complete it all within 3 hours. I used the tool provided with my set. The instructions were easy to follow. Be prepared to use your wrist to twist about 50 screws. Overall this is a quality patio set and it is well made. I made sure to purchase a patio cover to protect it from the wet weather such as fog and rain.

This is a great patio set! We really love the color and it’s great that it comes with back cushions. There’s some assembly required as expected but wasn’t too difficult. Highly recommended!

Overall the set is great but there were a few areas of the wicker that were pulled.

I think it's a reasonable price for this set. You get a full lounge area situation but the pieces themselves are all at a smaller scale than you'd typically expect.
