I love the amethyst color. It's not an intense purple, like the royal crown, but is a little paler and just a bit grayed down. The size is perfect. The quality seems very good.

I like this quilt. It is large and covers the sides of my thick king size mattress. It's so hard to find a quilt in 110 inches wide. It is a light weight which is what I wanted.

Soft & Substantial
This velvet diamond quilt is substantial. It's also very pretty. I purchased it in the gold colour and Im quite pleased with it.
I bought a king size coverlet to drape at the end of my bed. It barely passed the end of the bed and looked ridiculous so I returned it.
